I have heard multiple times that ICE would go after the worse of the worse: murderers, rapists, child traffickers.
So is this woman a rapist, a murderer or a child trafficker? How much safer will the American streets be when she will be removed?

Today there is no way you could bring an unaccompanied minor into the USA on a tourist visa. They would not even be allows on a plane without some type of guardianship paperwork. If it occurred today the news would be that ICE rescued another child from trafficking.

The language used of "Trump wants to deport her back to Iran", has he spoken on the matter of her particular case?

Or is this sensationalized language being used to focus on the most sympathetic sounding cases as a means of casting a negative light on the concept of deportations as a whole.

Sort of like when a politician proposes a policy change that imposes a limitation on something or cuts funding to something, and opponents find the most heart wrenching example of a person would be negatively impacted it, and shine a huge spotlight on it for self-serving reasons.

Abbreviated version: in essence, is this the political inverse of the Laken Riley "say her name" thing??
