Almost 2000 people work in the West Wing, and from what I know there is no indication that Hunter is still using. So the evidence doesn't point to him more than anybody else.

The most recent National Survey on Drug Use and Health indicates almost 2% have used cocaine in the last 12 months. Assuming the staff in the EOP are representative, that's still almost 400 people working in or around the West Wing. Now the number is almost surely lower then that because many people in the EOP have clearances and the vetting tha trequires, but many do not. So again, the evidence doesn't point to Hunter more then anybody else.

That's a pretty wild assumption. There is drug testing for Federal employees.

According to CBS news, (from the OP link of another thread)
“President Biden was not at the White House over the weekend. He, first lady Dr. Jill Biden and members of their family departed for Camp David on Friday. They returned to the White House on Tuesday for an event with the National Education Association and Fourth of July festivities.”

The suspect substance that turned out to be cocaine was found Sunday.
If, say, some Biden (or other) left it there, then it sat there, untouched until Sunday.
If that was the case, then we need much better security at the White House than what takes two days to found a controlled (or explosive) substance.

Unless, of course, it was brought in by someone when the Biden’s were all “elsewhere”?

They say that the West Wing is a busy place with as many as 400 people floating around doing the good work of governing. But it was a holiday weekend, it’s probably a coffee-boy.
ETA: start seeing “areas accessible by tour groups” floating around, will try to source it.
