  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Too many people aren’t capable of critical thinking and will lap up every word these two and others like them are spewing. Just like they’ve swallowed and embraced the “trans” agenda and so many other inimical issues.

Unless and until the majority come to their senses and not only reject but fight back against the operative zeitgeist, the “spokespersons” shouldn’t be given any quarter.

Of course, responsible purveyors of news are precious few in number, so there’s not much hope in this regard.
Bit verbose, yes would have sufficed.

Bit obnoxious of a response.

You post your way, I’ll post mine.

And, you’re welcome.
Freedom, for other people, is overrated. I get it.

Yes, people love to blame a greater community and trot out atrocities done by a few members of that community to justify oppression.

Much like going to a Christian school and shooting up a bunch of Christians based on nothing but hot air.

Thing is, and I've been saying it for a while, the media is trying to get a mini civil war going for years now because human nature is human nature, it's predictable.

However, if those same groups are running around saying how much Christians "hate" them - which we don't - or that they are under some kind of "attack" because we don't want minors either chemically or physically castrated and we want education to educate in reading, writing, arithmetic and the sciences at the highest levels - not political or other forms of indoctrination - then those people within the LGBTQ community afflicted with mental illness start believing that killing us is warranted, even necessary.

That's where the danger lies. It really depends on how they internalize all the media hype which doesn't reflect reality. I mean really, how much danger are the children and adults at a school to anyone?
Similar logic can be applied to the Christian community in the US, which is even more vocal about far less persecution.

Thing is, we've got 3 school attacks committed now by the LGBTQ community? If that keeps up there will be a backlash - there always is.
We do? I'm only aware of one other (Denver, 2019), and that was clearly a case of personal resentment/revenge (coupled with attempted suicide and possibly a relationship between the two shooters, one of whom was known for joking about mass shootings). There have been a couple other shootings by trans individuals in the past few years, but they were not at schools and do not appear to have any political motivation either - the Club Q shooting in Colorado Springs was at a gay bar (and there are serious questions as to whether the shooter was actually trans, given that they did not publicly identify as such until after the shooting) and the final shooting was at a pharmacy distribution center where the shooter worked.

We don't know the shooter's motivations, but they don't seem to have been political. On the surface, this appears to be suicide by cop coupled with some unresolved childhood resentment and/or trauma.

I could be wrong, I was thinking this made 3 though the first without a connection.

At any rate thanks for correcting.

Erlick described the school, at which three nine-year-olds and three adults were gunned down by Hale, as 'a right-wing institution' - claiming without any evidence that the killer had 'been abused' with 'many others.'
The hard core leftists, to use Kamala's words, are "not going to stop."
We all look for reasons to such atrocities. The fact remains anyone who engages in a mass killing event is severely ill. Now let's figure out a way to keep these individuals from obtaining arms. Blessings.

I thought you weren’t interested in dialogue?

I already gave you my answer. But, once more and restated (hopefully this isn’t too many words for your tolerance level), no one has the right to be published nor given air time. Professional journalists have or should have standards.

By all means, let them shout their piece on any street corner or soapbox, bless their hearts.

You miss the main point of my post, which is that there's no basis for the motivations you're assigning to these shooters. From what we know of their motivations and circumstances, all of these shootings are rooted in personal issues - bullying, mental illness, their struggle for acceptance - not political activism.

Due to that damnable godless constitution of ours nor is there a right to make them not publish such things if they choose to do so.

Please try again, that really just reads as gibberish plus it’s one too many double negatives.

Everyone supporting and promoting the runaway train that is “trans” nonsense is complicit in this atrocity.
For sure, and also those who support white hetero males who do most of the mass shooting. And Asian Americans are trying to get in on the game too recently. Who doesnt do mass shootings? Black women maybe? We should all just submit to them perhaps.
