What makes you think that any cases will get that far? So far all of the claims have been thrown out due to lack of evidence.

Do you know why all but insignificant cases have been thrown out? There has not been any evidence to support the claims. Lawyers know that they can lie outside of courts. But if they lie to a judge it can mean a prison sentence. Don't you find it odd when your lawyers cave at every significant court case?

That isn't what was presented. There is no lack of evidence. It is a video... all you have to do is watch it and you could understand the Trump teams position. Trying to explain it on this forum is like reaching into a plugged in blender.

Unless its a video of that evidence being presented in court it's going to have all the impact on the election of standing outside and screaming it at a lamp post.

It's not desperation, it's exasperation.

People aren't thinking logically. The Dems cannot have 1.5 million ballots sent out and have 2.3 million returned and counted. Some of wich were even received before they were sent out. Among others that were sent, received, filled out, and mailed back in the same day.

This would be a problem if true. Any claims of such things happening should be properly investigated. You seem sure that these things happened for some reason.

It isn't that there is no evidence, people just don't want to hear it. Unfortunately for them, they have just lost all momentum they had once this info got out.

Saying that they happened is not evidence. We need some confirmation from the voting centers, which appears to be lacking.

A video does not really count as evidence. Surely you can find an article that explains the supposed evidence.

What? Are you referring to the Republican's denial of a proper trial for Trump? It appears that they knew that he was guilty. Can't have all of that evidence coming out in an open hearing.
