The ministry time, as far as the fulfillment of Daniel 9, is not referred to in the text of Daniel 9. Because it has no bearing on the timeline of 62 weeks. What is in Daniel 9 is the arrival of messiah in Jerusalem. And His being cuttoff.

62 weeks unto messiah arrives in Jerusalem. And, four days later, messiah cutoff. No 3 1/2 years, nor length of ministry.
