The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

If someone says power supply I might puke.
Feeling really stupid. I just spent a week and a half making sporadic attempts in vain to download and install a program for my homework. I couldn't get it to work, and now I've discovered the problem was as simple as extracting the files before running the install.
Feeling mentally exhausted after having to put my gaming PC back together.
This wire goes here, that one goes there. Ugh.

It is nice that you could put your own gaming computer together, a lot of people don't know how to do that. Now you can play games again!
What game you currently playing as favourite?
the thought of suicide has slowly been decreasing over time for the past several months. However, now I'm more emotional and less numb. God has given me so much but I'm still so unhappy.
“Hey hey my my.....rock ‘n roll will never die!”Glad so many people are well or at least okay.
I'm okay too. Listening to old Neil Young songs. I FEEL LIKE GOING BACK, BACK WHERE THERE'S NOWHERE TO STAY
“Hey hey my my.....rock ‘n roll will never die!”
A thankfully loving heart grows a strong and content heart in the long run. Please remember that unhappy has grown into our lives because of years of depression and then it takes also years to grow free from its misery.
i'm glad that thoughts of suicide have lessened at least, now lets pray and hope some good life begins to come back again.
Much love your way.
