Please pray for me.

Hello everyone, hope you all had great holidays. I need a prayer today. Please pray that I meet some nice friends. I used to live in a different town and then we had to move to New York. Right before we left I met some really nice people who I got to be good friends with. But then we moved and I had to leave them behind. Here I've had some friends over the years but as soon as I thought ok, this is a good person they turned out to be two-faced or jealous and I had to distance myself from them. Please pray that I finally meet some nice friends I am tired of being alone.
Please also pray for my business. I have recently undergone career change. My new career is photography. I really love it and have been learning and getting ready to start my own business. In the Spring I am finally going to start taking pictures of clients. Please pray that the business works out and takes off. Thank you very much,

Marina I pray that you are blessed in this new place and I know it's hard to move to a new place and get settled. I totally understand that people you think are your friends end up not being so but this is part of life I've found. I did write a prayer for friendship if you're interested (Friendship Prayer | Christian Forums) and I do pray that you get settled and meet some strong Christians very soon and that your business prospers.

What a Friend we Have in Jesus. Lord, You are not two-faced. You never change. You are perfect in every way. You are always there. You love us beyond comprehension.
You are the perfect friend. Human friends on earth come and go. They change. Circumstances around them change. May we appreciate them for what they are, but may we find our complete satisfaction in You, and not look for that in them. Psalms 142:5. Amen.

Thank you, much appreciated. You are right, as much as I love New York it is a tough place. People are very impersonal, it's all about the competition not being nice to each other.
