there are some things you can try on your own but if you do, be careful to research it well and make sure it is even safe to try. Look at all the symptoms carefully one of the most common deficiencies in the US is magnesium and it isn't tested for by most Dr. because we need stores and that is just too hard and expensive to test for, so not a bad idea to combine self research with Dr. care if you can find a Dr. you trust.
