Hi there!

Okay, so God creates apes in Genesis 1, all having the same DNA.

Then, when He creates man, He creates man with almost the same DNA, but a percentage (2%?) of it is different.

After all, His goal is to create man in His image & likeness.

Show how this is deceptive.

If he created humans so that a comparison of them with all other forms of life on this planet indicates a shared ancestry with them via an evolutionary process, then it is deceptive because God is making it look like one thing happened when that thing did not actually happen.

Brass (copper & zinc) and bronze (copper & tin) are also two completely differently metals; but you don't see metallurgists saying one comes from the other.

Well no, because metals don't produce offspring, for a start...

Really, what is your point? That you don't understand biology?

Not really. Whales and hippos are both mammals, breathe air and nurse their young. Sharks breathe water and do not nurse.

So why would you want to make an aquatic animal that lives its whole life in the water, and yet you don't give it the water-breathing ability that you developed for the sharks?

I think it's obvious that we are not the same as apes.

For one thing, they have more hair on them.

Except you are wrong.

"Per square centimetre, human skin has as many hair follicles as that of other great apes."

Your whole premise is stupid.

Also, human are apes.

If I remember Kent Hovind correctly, he says we're closer to a tobacco plant more than anything.

Is that true?
i think he was joking since both tobacco and apes shared 48 chromosomes (although with a different contents). so according to the common similarity logic we need to coclude that apes and tobacco are colser to each other then apes and humans. check this list:

He decided to construct both in such a way that everything about it looks like and is consistent with biological common ancestry.

Including sections of the DNA that aren't even active or the result of infections.
It's like giving a thing a scar to make it look as if it was in some accident a year before it even existed.

I don't know what else to call that, if not "deceptive".

Why would they? They don't reproduce genetically while competing for limited resources.

So, do you have to make extra effort to say such bizar and ignorant things, or does it come naturally to you?

Well...almost. God is not the author of confusion. It is man trying to hide God, which is trying to make one thing look like another.
In fact, not man per session, but evil spirits lying and confusing man.
The is a real spiritual war going on. It's mostly unseen. If they openly showed themselves, there would be great revival for it would prove the spiritual realm and God.

You're right. I love it when girls are right.

We're still not apes though, their hair is just thicker and longer.

Yes, Hovind's blatant lies and distortions are accepted by those conditioned to believe anything.

Wasn't your original claim that Hovind states humans are closer to tobacco plants than other primates?

Maybe it's soylent green.
