Sounds like an automatic response to me.As always.
You just know it's not tobacco ... right?HitchSlap said:I have no idea.
Yes, Hovind's blatant lies and distortions are accepted by those conditioned to believe anything.Sounds like an automatic response to me.
Isn't that called "conditioning"?
Wasn't your original claim that Hovind states humans are closer to tobacco plants than other primates? You just know it's not tobacco ... right?
Maybe it's soylent green.Maybe it's poision ivy?
Hi there!
Okay, so God creates apes in Genesis 1, all having the same DNA.
Then, when He creates man, He creates man with almost the same DNA, but a percentage (2%?) of it is different.
After all, His goal is to create man in His image & likeness.
Show how this is deceptive.
Brass (copper & zinc) and bronze (copper & tin) are also two completely differently metals; but you don't see metallurgists saying one comes from the other.
Not really. Whales and hippos are both mammals, breathe air and nurse their young. Sharks breathe water and do not nurse.
I think it's obvious that we are not the same as apes.
For one thing, they have more hair on them.

i think he was joking since both tobacco and apes shared 48 chromosomes (although with a different contents). so according to the common similarity logic we need to coclude that apes and tobacco are colser to each other then apes and humans. check this list:If I remember Kent Hovind correctly, he says we're closer to a tobacco plant more than anything.
Is that true?
He decided to construct both in such a way that everything about it looks like and is consistent with biological common ancestry.Hi there!

Speak for yourself.

If he created humans so that a comparison of them with all other forms of life on this planet indicates a shared ancestry with them via an evolutionary process, then it is deceptive because God is making it look like one thing happened when that thing did not actually happen.
Except you are wrong.
"Per square centimetre, human skin has as many hair follicles as that of other great apes."
