In any nation on earth, nationalist views are un-Biblical and un-Christian.

The Christian Identity Movement is a name that applies to a variety of different religious cults all identified by racist, anti-Semitic principles.

Christian Identity cults are connected by various un-Biblical theological similarities

God has always protected the sojourner and the foreigner (Deuteronomy 27:19; Isaiah 56:1-8).

God has always drawn, and will continue to draw, converts from other nations, tribes and tongues (Ruth 1:16-17; Revelation 7:9). What distinguishes these converts from those who reject God is not their skin color, but their acceptance of His offer of forgiveness through the shed blood of Christ on the cross. Favor with God is a matter of the heart, not a matter of race or nationality (Galatians 3:28-29).

What are your thoughts?

That isn't true, but it certainly does attest to the success that the opponents of our government have had in turning the word into something other than what it has meant up until President Trump was elected.

That is perhaps one of the most ridiculous sentences I have read today. If nationalism is un-Biblical and un-Christian, then just about every Christian that has ever walked the earth, even the Apostle Paul, is a false believer (Romans 9:3).

I believe in supporting my country - 1 Peter 2:17 Fear God, honor the emperor.

But the Church is itself a nation - 1 Peter 2:9

The church is not the kind of nation that fights other nations for territory or worldly power. We are a very different kind of nation that unites people from every tribe and tongue. It is tragic when Christians fight each other in national conflicts.

Of course it is not true. Verses taken out of context. Even the verses you put up proves God formed nations and nations will still be here when Jesus returns and in the millennium. Nations will go to Jerusalem to worship The Lord. If there won't be nations how can this be possible?
This is why I don't go to church it is all about agendas and what people can get in most cases. Like Jesus said in the end days Christians will be deceived and fooled by false prophets. Lots of churches make lots of money off wide open borders. No better than other's who prosper in human smuggling.
We are to love one another but like the Bible says we are NOT our brothers keeper. "If a man doesn't work he doesn't eat" of course this means able bodied.

The Bible doesn't say that we are not our brother's keeper.

Cain the murderer implied that he wasn't his brother's keeper.

God said that we are to love our neighbor as we love ourselves.

And this latest bruhaha was not about Nationalism, but about White Nationalism ...

Basically it does. It says if a man doesn't work he doesn't eat. But yes you are right about Cain. Cain would not have said it though if it were not something to it.I don't know how to paste or I'd put it up for you.
Maybe read it again. He said it is about nations the word white wasn't mentioned, of course racism and attacks on whites seem to be very popular. It is very foolish to think whites have a patent on racism. LaRaza aka THE RACE. BLACK PANTHERS, BLACK ISRAILITES, etc, etc, etc,.

I book (Liberal Nationalism) which I read some of several years ago argued in favor of nationalism based on language, culture, and religion. As long as outsiders can be admitted into a group holding such views, then I don't see anything contrary to Christianity.

The very theme of the post "Christian Identity Movement' is what he is talking about.

Hi Eryk, the OP specifically mentions the 'Christian Identity Movement'. It is racist.

Well, as a white man who is also a nationalist, I don't hold to that view at all. I think, if we are a sovern nation, that we should care about our own interests and issues first. We have our own poor, our own vets in need, our own infrastructure issues, and rather than pay trillions in pointless wars or sending billions in aid to countries who don't need it, we should fix our own stuff. I vote for a president of the UNITED STATES, not the world. I don't believe in globalism.

I think the left tries so hard to inch the right into the category of racists and it's not right. There's more going on there in Virginia that wasn't covered by the news. It wasn't all about racism.

How about that. Seems I'm not as schooled on minority hate group links as some. So it is open season on whites it? I also don't click on just any link. Now I'll leave yall to another one of many threads here at ' Christian Forum ' and let you have another one of your nice little hate on whites party. Hoping yall can get away soon to a land without white people bothering you. And please take those self loathing white liberal fools with you because they hate themselves more than yall do.

And the thing is, "Christians" who latch on to fascist/white supremacy movements are considered strange by its leaders, who tend to be atheist or neo-pagan. All races are included in common descent from Adam and in the Church, the Body of Jesus, on Earth and in Heaven (Rev. 7:9). This is the antithesis of racism.

Hitler had documented plans to destroy Christianity and Mussolini blasphemed Jesus. People who think they can be Christians and latch on to these things are being used by evil people. Beyond that, fascism is a strategy of the ruling class to direct the frustrations of working people away from the wealthy.

I agree but you are going to not get a strong response as many American Christians have a hollowed out faith that has a large dose of nationalism injected in its place.

Not the Right but yes White S and Ns and Neo=Nazis are racist, that is a fact and one that they admit themselves.

What else was going on?

I'm trying to say there's a difference between white separatists and a nationalist. I think we should protect our borders, but what makes up America? Nearly every race and tongue on earth. None of us think we should be separate from blacks. We don't think anything of the sort. I just see a lot of attempts to label us as such. It's easier to put us in the racist box, then those antifa can justify beating us up and resorting to violence.
