Dear Friend had a stroke (bad things happen in 3's I guess)

I got word tonight that a dear friend had a stroke and is not expected to make it. This is a different friend than the one mentioned in "another terminally ill friend" and also different from "my lost friend and his even more lost son"

I don't know how much more of this I can take. Her husband called me this evening and told me what happened. I had just gotten a text from her a few days ago and she was telling me how excited she was to tell me about their trip.....now I may never know. Cathy has taught me so much about strength, determination, and courage. I pray now that hers is enough.

Please pray for my dear friend Cathy, her husband Brad and their family. :prayer:

Lord, hear this individual and send help to her friend. Allow the friend to recover and that she be okay, that she can be around for her family and friends. Send your love, peace, comfort and strength, to Cathy and her family. Let them know you are going to be there every step of the way and will send your help to them. The service was beautiful. I can't believe she's gone. Time to get my life back to normal. I'm planning a weekend of nothing. Rest and prayer....
