Each day, how much time do you give to yourself to do things such as reading novels, exercising, watching television in order to unwind from the stresses of the day ?

I spend workday evenings unwinding, and spend most of my weekends the same way.

Occasionally, I might take some work home with me, but usually I'm spending time with my cat, or reading novels, or doing hobby programming, or playing video games, or watching television, or socializing, or any of a number of other things. Cooking meals relaxes me as well.

I'm a student so my life is doesn't have the stress of a job (except in essay or exam time). I spend a fair amount of time alone/ relaxing. Even my work consists of mostly reading.

I'm just lucky I don't have so much to do, like proper adults. :p

I don´t have stresses in my day.
I read a lot, I do a quite a bit of exercises, I don´t watch TV.

Im struggling at the moment to give more time to myself
Not to criticize you - but such statements always strike me as a little unprecise. I do not quite understand them. "To yourself - as opposed to what?". Above you gave examples how people give their time to books, to exercises and to TV, and yet you considered them examples of "giving time to oneself".
I´m a little lost with the distinction "giving time to oneself" and "giving time to something other than oneself".
E.g. when I spend time with a friend - would that be giving time to myself or giving time to my friend?

Are you - actually - asking: How much time do you dedicate to stuff that you enjoy doing?
