VS. Non-Word of Faith? I saw the two sub categories, and have never heard of either of them, so I don't know where I would belong!

Well, you could say Word of Faith is about believing God for His many promises in the Bible. It is about putting God's word to work for you in your life. It is about trusting Him that He will indeed deliver those promises to you and that you are a worthy child of God deserving no less than what is suitable for you as His precious child. It is about using your God-given authority to fight and stand against the powers of evil and about overcoming all obstacles that the enemy throws your way by using and declaring God's word over your life. It is about friendship and intimacy with Jesus our Saviour. It is about Salvation and living as one body within God's Kingdom, where He equips you to deal with the many issues that may come your way.
Thanks everyone - I Love Kenneth Hagin, and I believe that he's one of the very few teachers that I've read/heard that was actually grounded in the truth. I just somehow got by without ever hearing of the "word of faith movement" title, I guess.
Thanks for the descriptions and explainations - I guess I've found a home on here
Faith beleives that God is a rewarder, that what Jesus said is true, and that Jesus showed us the Father.
Faith is pretty simple. It simply eliminates God off the accusation list of why things are not right in our life. He did not do it. Faith He is good and that all His intentions toward us are good. He always gives us the desired end. He is for us and not against us. That goodness translates into our being saved in every way we can be saved. We beleive that God accomplished our total salvation via the suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Faith says "it is finished." God is withholding no good thing from us. We are truely saved in everyway way we can be saved. Physical death is the only enemy left to be defeated.... and that defeat is coming soon!
