  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Why do people hate ICE...

Fullerton police stop man pointing gun at female driver, only to learn he is ICE agent

A Fullerton police officer intervened when he saw a man in plain clothes pointing a gun at a female driver on a busy street in Santa Ana. The man later identified himself as an immigration agent and accused the driver of “following him” during an “operation,” a refrain increasingly heard as agents push back on people recording their movements.

The [Fullerton] officer had just dropped off an inmate at the Orange County Jail and was returning to Fullerton when he noticed a man exit a vehicle at an intersection and draw his weapon on the driver behind him, according to a statement from the Fullerton Police Department.

After the agent identified himself, the officer told him “he could not assist with someone following or recording him if no crime had occurred, and that local law enforcement was en route.”

[From the video]

“I’m just driving,” she said.

“You’re following us, ma’am, we are doing an operation,” the agent says.

“You can’t be following us like that,” the ICE officer shouts.

“I live here,” the woman yelled back.

[Nevertheless, she persisted.]

My bad, I got you and Yard Dog mixed up. I got confused who I was talking with.

But the rest of my post stands. You claiming something rhat you do yourself. Its called projection and its appropriate to point it out.
So you admit I didn’t do the thing you accused me of, but then say again that the thing you just admitted I didn’t do is still projection.

In one fell swoop, you just confirmed everything I said. Good job.

By the way you seen to like to like to put thoughts into others heads. Like when you said.

"You are arguing nonsense, you simply want to invent a boogeyman to scare yourself, then blame everybody else for your fear."

How do you know what I want and who I want to scare? Projecting your own thoughts again?
Dude, you just said “ok, you didn’t do the thing I said you did, but you’re still projecting because the thing you said is something you do… Just ignore the part where I said 5 seconds ago you didn’t do it.”

So yes. You are arguing nonsense, inventing boogeymen, and scaring yourself with your invention, then blaming others for being scared. That’s not putting thoughts into anybody’s head, that’s watching you do it in real time and calling it out.

Like, We just watched you claiming I said something I didn’t (invent a boogeyman), get mad (scare yourself), admitted I didn’t say it and you confused me with somebody else, but then said I’m still wrong because the thing you agreed I didn’t say and admit I didn’t do you’re still holding me accountable for (blaming me).

If you think you have leftovers in the fridge, you going to blame me for eating them, admit I didn’t eat them because you forgot you didn’t have leftovers to begin with, but then still be mad about my taking your leftovers? I just want to know how many things I didn’t do you’re doing to blame on me before you do a little introspection on how maybe the problem isn’t me.

So you admit I didn’t do the thing you accused me of,
Thats right you did not say many right wingers are authoritarian racists.

But you did say:
You are arguing nonsense, you simply want to invent a boogeyman to scare yourself, then blame everybody else for your fear. You don’t like BLM, leftists, socialists, communists, so you invent transgressions or round up a few issues to be indicative of a whole or a pattern, sprinkle in your bias against certain groups, become afraid, and then declare your fantasy a real-life problem.

The obvious solution would be to stop scaring yourself by indulging in the propaganda designed to make you fearful in order to have you act against your best interests and examine the facts as they are, not dig your heels in deeper and sob louder.

Which is the projecting thing I was talking about. If you need to you could re-read my posts and it would be clear. Becauae I went on to say:

"By the way you seen to like to like to put thoughts into others heads. Like when you said.

"You are arguing nonsense, you simply want to invent a boogeyman to scare yourself, then blame everybody else for your fear."

How do you know what I want and who I want to scare? Projecting your own thoughts again?"

Which is a direct quote from the above which you posted. So, the great of my post stands since it is in reference to what you DID say.
That’s not putting thoughts into anybody’s head, that’s watching you do it in real time and calling it out.
Nope you are putting thought into my head that I never expressed. Nice work.
You are arguing nonsense, inventing boogeymen, and scaring yourself with your invention, then blaming others for being scared.
Where did I say I was scared? Quote me. Your projecting again. Cause I havent mentioned a boogeyman. Are you afraid of one?
We just watched you claiming I said something I didn’t
See above.
I didn’t (invent a boogeyman), get mad (scare yourself),
Funny, neither did I yet you claimed I did. Funny I never claimed I was scared either, but that sure didnt stop you from making that claim. Thats why I think you are projecting. Having that stuff swirling around in your head and then projecting on others.
