That’s correct so it was the first day of the week not the first.
It was in the evening on the first day of the week so after the Sabbath on Saturday evening after sunset
Not relevant to what I wrote. The first day is not a sabbath.
Its what its translated into. The first day is not the Sabbath, the seventh day is Exo20:10 it was Saturday evening
None if these verses are relevant to this discussion. Paul and the apostles would discuss the gospel to the Jews on the sabbath. In fact, Paul was a Pharisee before his conversion so he was very educated in the Jewish tradition. In addition, the temple was the main gathering of all if the Jewish community in the sabbath so the Christians faced community exclusion because of their faith. That was a big deal back then.
They are relevant because they were keeping every Sabbath, Jews and Gentiles, so the disciples were already gathered for church. They came together after because Paul was departing the next day Sunday for a mission trip and would be gone for awhile. It doesn't say anything about now every first day is church service in this Text or in all of Scripture. Man cannot sanctify anything, only God can. The Sabbath is the day He sanctified from the beginning of time Gen 2:1-3 Exo 20:11 and is a sign of His sanctification Eze20:12 it shows He is our Creator and re-Creator. Man can't sanctify anything, and if we do not have His sanctification and we receive it by placing our faith in Him and living by His words, not mans. Isa 66:17
This is supposition. There is no evidence to prove this.
It what the Scripture states
Act 20:7 Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread,
Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight.
“Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.”
Acts 2:46-47 NASB2020

Christian here merely fellowshipped with each other after Pentecost and their numbers increased. This is not the same kind of gathering as in Acts 20.
Nothing about day by day is every first day. Or because they broke bread daily that now every day is the new Sabbath, new day of worship. Acts 20:7 doesn't say anything about a change to the Sabbath or any new weekly meeting.. God already spoke His will Lev 23:3 lived by the example of Jesus Christ Luke4:16 who is God made flesh.
But it does tell us what breaking bread means
breaking bread from house to house, they
were taking their meals together
You are connecting these with no evidence. As I stated above the meeting in Acts 20 is different than just for fellowship.
Where does it say this? Where does it say they were there to change God's commandments. You would need God to do that.
You can’t have it both ways. Your argument here does not follow. Either the first day of the week started Saturday night which became the time of worship or it did not.
There is nothing in the entire Bible that says every first day is the time of worship. It doesn't say it in Acts 20:7 not something I said so not sure what you're referring to. Again God spoke His will in plain language Isa66:23
Jesus is the Lord of the sabbath so the sabbath became what Jesus calls His rest. It no longer has the Jewish meaning and is no longer practiced as the Jews did.
Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath and the Lord of the Sabbath told us when , what and, who the Sabbath is for in His own Testimony both written and spoken Exo 20:8-11 Isa56:1-6 Isa58:13 Mark2:27. You will not find one Scripture by Jesus saying we no longer need to keep the Sabbath commandment. Jesus who is our example kept the Sabbath Luke4:16 and all of the commandments John15:10 and said its lawful to do well on the Sabbath, meaning its still Law and we can do things that are unlawful like profaning it, which is something He takes serious according to His testimony Eze20:13 Eze 22:26, Neh13:17 etc.
Jesus is God and He was given all power and domain by the Father. He can change anything as He wishes.
And He promised He would not. Psa 89:34 Mat5:18
Why the Sabbath continues Isa66:23 just like from Creation according to God's perfect plan Exo20:11 God changes not. Mal3:6 Man changes, not God. We were even warned about what man would do about God's times and laws being changed based not on God's authority Dan7:25. Why no one can find Sunday sanctification in all of the Bible. Its not a commandment of God, its a man-made tradition that sadly leads people away from what God of the Bible sanctified and is one of His personally written and spoken commandments and Testimony Exo20:8-11 Exo31:18.
To change a covenant, you need blood. Jesus died once and for all, He would have to die again to change His covenant. Jesus in His own words said the Sabbath would be kept decades later by His faithful after the Cross Mat24:20.
We need to be careful with Paul's writing to make sure one is not trying to make Paul's teachings against Jesus who is God made flesh. Its why I believe we have this warning 2Peter 3:16
