Ignorance is not a super power, nor is it anything to boast about. They have been so radicalized by their own propaganda and their hatred for Trump that any hope of reasonable discussion is gone. All that is left is to vote them out of existence in hopes that they crawl back into their echo chambered safe spaces and leave the rest of the country alone as their radical ideas fades off into fringe obscurity like it is 1996.

Since when does decrying the lack of due process guaranteed in our Constitution equate to defending criminals? That's what I've heard, I've yet to hear any Democrats defending any proven criminal acts. Are you under the impression that Democrats are somehow defending convicted felons by expecting the right to due process be respected?

When it comes to a convicted felon being president, there's two conclusions. Too many voters concluded it was a bogus conviction. Having a convicted felon as president was preferable to having a democrat as president.

THE 2026 HOUSE RACES
There are lots and lots of local races. The national policies of the Democratic Party are largely irrelevant.

BUILDING FOR THE 2028 PRESIDENTIAL RACE
2028 is a long way off. Democrats will likely face Vance or Disantis.

Democrats have a tradition that will be hard to break. After losing an embarrassing race bigly, they seemingly cannot keep the left from determining the candidate. I think that it will be very, very difficult for the left to allow the nomination of anyone that could win. If theoretically, such a candidate were to be nominated, then I would expect the left to support the candidate but not work very hard for him or her (hello Hillary). Of course, this would result in the victory of the Republicans and the left saying that they would have won with their candidate. It is a lose-lose situation for Democrats who are anywhere to the right of Sanders.
