Those are allegations, and "you just wait and see". What facts do you have?

Obama asked for a ICA assessment where the reality that Russia was indeed interfering in US elections for the benefit of Trump was in fact true. It was a concern given to use by our Five allied nation, and again proven to be true. I suggest you go ahead and line up to kick the football while Lucy holds it for you. It will lead to the same results as always.
I suggest you just wait until all of this comes out. Let’s be patient while the wheels of justice slowly turn.

Perfect example of typical liberal response to facts.

I didn't see any facts - I saw a dude responding to Gabbards claims with melodrama. If you want to be specific and quote a paragraph from a report that you think disproves the facts and indeed the verifiable SOURCE I've been quoting - the CIA specialist who actually analysed the Russian influence on Trumps behalf in the 2016 election. I thought the world had grown to accept Russia's bias towards Trump and various acts to undermine Hillary as settled facts. If you want to correct this - please, quote some facts.

But yes - I do also love to rant against Fox Propaganda outlet - the guys who were fined a good fraction of a billion dollars for repeating Trump's Big Lie. And the little details of the Insurrection. But Obama's the traitor now? Ok. Whatever.

One would think Trump felt some loyalty to poor Rupert for coping that hush-money settlement for him. But, being a malignant narcissist, he feels nothing but loyalty to himself. So he sues the WSJ for publishing the "Wonderful Secret" letter. When will the world learn? You cannot work with narcissistic personality disorder - NPD will always burn you.

So Teump lies and misdirects by calling Obama a trailer - and inflaming the imagination and hatred of his fan base about new lies against old news.

Meanwhile - what's he hiding in those Epstein files hmmmm? He is so desperate to flood the news cycle with rubbish now he is screaming "Traitor!" about Obama - and some are falling for it. That's pretty sad.

No, but he is the best president of my lifetime and probably the history of this nation. Were he not elected the end of our democracy was sure. Sorry to use the democrats talking point on democracy but it is the truth.
You don't see to recognize it but he is dismantling our democracy not saving it.

Perfect example of typical liberal response to facts. Shoot the messenger, denigrate the source then no one has to actually deal with facts.
So far, you haven't presented any facts.
This will not work in the real world. The truth is coming out no matter how much liberals protest , obfuscate and denigrate.
Nothing counts until it's under oath. That's when Trump's people fall apart.

There is a vast difference between a Russian-sponsored social media campaign and vote tampering. Both of these are things are being equally classified as "interference" to muddy the waters.

So riddle me this: If no one was pushing the narrative that vote tallies had been tampered with, why did a poll at the time show that more than 2/3 of Democrats believed that vote tallies had been tampered with? Where do you suppose they got such an idea? Do you think 67% of Democrats just made that up? I'm genuinely curious why you think they thought that.

To me, it's pretty obvious. That's what Democrats and the mainstream media wanted them to think. So they whined and moaned all over to the willing media about the "stolen" election and called Trump "illegitimate" despite having no evidence whatsoever that was true. And they were happy to let their gullible voting base believe that votes had been tampered with in said "stolen" election. Only to incredulously claim, "Who, ME??!!!" when the voters swallowed the propaganda and believed the lie that vote tallies had been tampered with.

I'm curious to hear your alternative explanation as to how more than 2/3 of Democrats came to believe that Russia had tampered with vote tallies to get Trump elected.

Watch: CNN Cuts Tulsi Gabbard Off as She Lays Out the Inconvenient Facts of the Russia Hoax

However, on Wednesday, CNN proved it sometimes knows when to stop: namely, when Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard starts listing inconvenient facts.
So, for those of you who missed it, Gabbard was laying out even more of the evidence she had that the outgoing administration of former President Barack Obama, in late 2016 and early 2017, essentially manufactured the Russia hoax out of intelligence that was dodgy at best and invented at worst.
What is happening now reminds me of some lectures that I listened to online by Dr. Lance Wallnau.

The Seven Mountain Mandate, also Seven Mountains Mandate, 7M,[1] 7MM,[2] or Seven Mountains Dominionism,[3] is a dominionist conservative Christian movement within evangelical Christianity, particularly independent Charismatic groups.[1][4][5] It holds that there are seven aspects of society that believers seek to dominate: family, religion, education, media, arts and entertainment, business, and government

This whole idea reminds me of the clear and simple picture of the future two or three centuries as was shown to near death experiencer and former Atheist Howard Storm.

Storm states, “I don’t know if the richest country in the history of the world is doomed to lose God’s blessing or if the people of the United States will become the moral light of the world. How long will God allow the injustice to continue? The future lies in the choices we make right now. God is intervening in direct ways in human events. May God’s will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven!”

In his 2000 book, “My Descent into Death,” Storm described possible timelines of a future Golden Age and a possible future of immense destruction. According to Storm, we currently live in a time when humanity is caught up in materialism, greed, and selfishness. Environmental degradation is worsening. Nations are aggressive and militaristic. Religion is more institutional than spiritual. We’re at a critical turning point. Humanity is choosing between two paths: destruction or transformation. If humanity fails to change, from between the 2030s to the 2060s, there will be worldwide environmental disasters (earthquakes, volcanoes, storms), the power grid will be sabotaged, a global financial collapse will occur, wars will break out around the world (no nuclear war), and social chaos will be widespread. A utopian future can occur between the 2100s and the 2200s – but only if humanity changes course now. This utopia will be a “Golden Age” when all war, poverty, and injustice are eliminated. The Earth will be healed and sustainably managed. Governments will be based on wisdom and compassion, not power. Spiritual beings will interact more openly with humanity. Life will be guided by divine love, not fear. But if destruction occurs before this utopia, there will be a recovery period between the 2060s and the 2100s when communities will emerge based on cooperation, love, and service. People will return to spiritual values. Technology will be reintroduced gradually, used ethically and sustainably. Storm was told that the future is not fixed. Our choices now will determine whether we face destruction or a spiritual rebirth.

6. Howard Storm Learns What Happens After Death

It seems like it is time for all of us who are led by the Holy Spirit to pray Thy Kingdom Come with a whole new level of fervency and hunger for the will of God to be done on earth.

Jonathan Turley lays out the facts very well here with also an excellent analysis.
That "analysis" is FOXnews pundit nonsense. He's yammering about the Steel Dossier and Clinton. In other words both of what Special Prosecutor John Durham investigated for six years and the IG investigated and found no conspiracy. The investigation came to fruition via our intel allies laying out interactions between Americans and Russians. The NYTimes noted there were in fact "Donald J. Trump and 18 of his associates had at least 140 contacts with Russian nationals and WikiLeaks, or their intermediaries, during the 2016 campaign..." The basis of the investigation requiring expansion was because Trump and Trump officials kept lying about their interactions. Including indictments and jail. Do we need to go over that list? Mueller noted the Trump obstruction during his investigation. Turley is just a FOXnews hack.

That's merely a failure of your imagination. Here are a few hypotheticals I came up with in a few seconds:

Or maybe you're just letting your imagination run wild?

They wanted to prove to themselves that they could do it, to demonstrate their skills internally.

For an ego boost?

They wanted to prove to us that they could do it, so that we'd see them as a threat and they'd have leverage over us.

So they want to threaten us, but not actually do any harm?

They wanted to prove to others that they could do it, so that they could profit off it (by either repeating it for hire, or acting as consultants)

Vote-hackers for hire!

They wanted to sow discord.

They really don't need to do that, since there is already all kinds of discord.

They were testing our defenses, because they eventually want to manipulate our votes, but know that success requires going undetected.

So they failed, because they were detected.

This is all very interesting speculation, and I thank you for taking time to share your imaginations to help me understand what you're thinking, but I just don't buy it.

It seems that in 2016 Russia rooted around but any county can have a different voting system even within a state, so there was no consistency. The successful breaking into one system, didn't scale to being able to break into other systems. They must have figured that actually changing anything would expose them to more trouble than they'd gain.

That's how I remember it, anyway.

See, now at least this makes sense. Thanks for a plausible explanation that doesn't require me to believe that we're in the plot of an action movie.

And you never answered me. The question is simple: If no one was alleging vote tampering occurred, how did 67% of Democrats come to believe that Russia tampered with votes to get Trump elected?

Or maybe you're just letting your imagination run wild?

On one hand, we have a bunch of different government agencies who've looked at the evidence and concluded that Russia poked around, a lot.

On the other hand, we have your incredulity.

I posited a number of scenarios that show your incredulity to be unwarranted.

For an ego boost?

"Russia" isn't one singular entity any more than the US is. As with any large organization, it's made up of individuals and subgroups constantly vying for more power/money/prestige/etc. It's not uncommon at all for a leader of a less significant group to try to take their group to the next level and, in doing so, impress their bosses.

So they want to threaten us, but not actually do any harm?

If their goal is to extract some concessions from us, merely threatening to do harm can be sufficient. A bank robber doesn't usually just murder everybody in the bank, does he? No, he points the gun, takes the money, and usually leaves.

Vote-hackers for hire!

It's a thing.

They really don't need to do that, since there is already all kinds of discord.

This was ~10 years ago. Yes, there was discord, but their hacking efforts have pour a LOT of fuel on the fire.

So they failed, because they were detected.

"I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work" - Thomas Edison

Even if that quote is apocryphal, the principle is still valid. SpaceX launches don't go perfectly right out of the gate, either. There is always some amount of failure involved in trying to perfect a skill.

This is imo a good argument for non-centralization of voting systems, to keep it within the control of the states and counties.

I challenge you to back up that ridiculous charge with specific examples.

Really? If one does not agree with him they are committing treason.

From the Department of Justices to the most peripheral federal agencies, Trump and his political appointees are weaponizing the bureaucracy to go after hundreds of the president’s political opponents and public officials who attempt to hold him accountable.
To carry out this effort, Trump has obliterated the longstanding firewall protecting the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other agencies from bhttps://www.democracydocket.com/analysis/trump-administration-weaponization-government-targeting-political-opponents/being used for political ends.
