If an evolutionist is defined as someone who always comes up with common origins as an answer, then if the evolutionist exists, the answer to your question will always be yes, regardless of how nonsensical that would be in the situation.

I didn't say the situation was nonsensical, I said the answer of "yes" would be nonsensical under the hypothetical situation. But if the evolutionist is someone who would always answer yes to such a question, then that's the answer we'll get.
