Well God may have locked them away for now or God may limit their activity. The Bible just simply does not say as to the current age and are they active or not. I know as time went on in The New Testament, less and less is seen of their activity mostly in Acts or all in Acts.

They’re speaking of the watchers. Fallen angels are the ones who rebelled and were cast down.

There’s a lot of disinformation on the internet and a good understanding of controlled opposition is necessary. Some revelations are permitted by design and others are fatal.

No, nowhere does a Bible verse say there were nephilim after or some nephilim survived the flood.

There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

This verse is saying there were nephilim on the earth in those days referring to, the nephilim were on the earth, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them.

Those days are referring to the days that sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.

Also in Number 13 where the spies say the nephilim were in the land God was going to give Israe. That was part of the lies of the bad report that all the spies gave to the Hebrews except for Caleb and Joshua. And God took the lives to the spies who gave this bad report about the land.

When Israel eventually conquered the land there is no account of the Hebrews battling the nephilim.

Nephilim actually means fallen ones in the Hebrew. They were not giants, but they were fallen because they were the offspring of fallen angels (sons of God) and daughters of men.
Giants does not come from the Hebrew, but from the Septuagint. Which translated the Hebrew word Nephilim as the Greek word gigentes.

I'm skeptical of the idea of the idea of bases with fallen angels underground. I think the government is genuinely stumped, and still mostly toying with the extraterrestrial hypothesis. Many people are. Even though there's plenty of folkloric evidence that "UFO's" and "aliens" are a quite old phenomenon that predates modern space flight, going back thousands of years, and may be part of a conscious control system, similar to the "principalities and powers" mentioned in some of the Pauline epistles. They communicate through symbols, offer their own kinds of "communion", usually in the forms of symbolic, often intrusive, initiation rituals, sometimes sexual and coercive in nature. Playing around with them risks intellectual and spiritual seduction, and in some cases insanity, illness, or death. And there's a long record of their fear of Christian religious symbols and prayer.

I have a more pragmatic explanation. Tons of Americans are paranoid conspiracy theorists, tons of Americans are mentally ill, tons of Americans abuse drugs and there are many experimental projects tested, frequently covered as "UFOs". Combine this together and you have the result.

Not that the experimental projects are needed, I guess that the majority of people would not be able to distinguish some drone light show, Musk's satellites, circling helicopters or test flights of B-2 in night from an alien spaceship.

That text has multiple layers of symbolism, not all render that notion obvious. "Sons of god" knowing "daughters of men" can have multiple interpretations other than "angels procreating with women."

And angels, owing to their nature, can't actually breed with human beings. Jesus himself says angels don't reproduce (Matt 22:30).
