One of the most disappointing things about religion these days, that goes in the name of Christianity, and claims to believe in Christ, and what He accomplished on the Cross by suffering and dying for sin, is that it didn't guarantee no ones salvation. Im going to show that scripture declares without a shadow of doubt that Christs death, burial and resurrection saves a person even while they are unbelievers, and enemies. Even then that God himself is reconciled to them.

The first scripture is Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Thats being saved from Gods penalty of sin and received into His favor even while an enemy to God !

For peace was made for Paul, as well as other elect persons by the blood /death of Christ's cross Col 1:20-22

20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

God has no wrath for a rebellious unbelieving sinner for whom Christ died lest His death was to God of no effect, God forbid !

Believers were saved by Christs death alone because by His death alone He for them, before they became believers obtained for them eternal redemption Heb 9:12

12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

It guarantees the salvation of all those for whom he died.

You have to be enemies to be reconciled. . .friends don't have to be reconciled.
to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
And the rest of the story. . .

In the context, those who were enemies are no longer enemies because of faith--their belief in and trust on the death of his Son which moved them from "enemies" to "sons."

Heb 10:10.14 prove that those Christ died for are saved legally and perfectly before they believe, solely by the offering of Christ which speaks to His death for them

10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering/death of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

14 For by one offering/death he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

How can one be perfected and not be saved ?

The text is speaking to believers. . .believers are the "for all."

"All" can mean:
1) all without exception (all mankind),
2) all without distinction (Gentle as well as Jew).

Which of the two is the NT using when referring to inclusion in Christ?
14 For by one offering/death he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

How can one be perfected and not be saved ?
He perfects those that are sanctified, and not all are sanctified.

Believers who Christ died for were perfected forever by His death b4 they believed, and thats why they shall believe. Only the sanctified and perfected believe.

They were elect, before the worlds began, to believe in time, but they did not believe until they were born again in time.

Gal 3:13

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Christ death alone redeemed them He died for from the curse of the law, so they were saved from hell and dying in their sins before they believed.

They were still saved b4 they believed in time, saved in the eternal phase, then saved in the legal phase by Christs death. Thats Gospel Truth, and they will be saved in the Spiritual phase, that's when they believe. But it cant be discounted they were saved in the prior two phases by the work of the Father in Election and the Son in Redemption !

The "legal" phase is the time phase.

Where do you get this stuff? . . .it's not in Scripture.

The "legal" phase is the time phase.

Sure but the legal phase occurred b4 they were born. If one of the elect came to faith in 1981 and Christ paid their legal debt in 33 ad, they were legally Justified b4 God, saved from the penalty of their sins before they were born in time

The death of Christ applied to all believers before and after his death.

Time cannot be compared to eternity.
Who was comparing ? I made a statement of fact. The legal aspect of Salvation is prior to the spiritual aspect which is the spiritual application of what is true already legally.

The death of Christ applied to all believers before and after his death.
It applied to everyone He died for legally , before and after His Death, and before they became believers. A person who became a believer in 1981 is no more Justified b4 Gods Law and Justice than he was when he came forth from his mothers womb totally depraved, dead in sin, and by nature a child of wrath Eph 2:3

Also Im going to say this, if you dont see the legal phase of Salvation, based upon the Living and Dying of Jesus Christ as the Surety of His People, and the satisfaction it provided to the Law and Justice of God in their behalf, then you dont have Faith in Christ in my opinion !
