It's not as if he didn't have knowledge of this either...there are cases of US soldiers disobeying, saving the children, and being punished for it with jail time. It makes one with half a brain wonder exactly what soldiers are expected to do....follow orders or do what's morally good (a real conundrum when you know those in power won't excuse your actions just because you were following their orders).

The old example I always considered a "gotcha" (like how the Democrats talk about giving black people reparations) but a long long strategy that was essentially Mitch McConnell plan finally came to fruition under Trump. The new example would be something genuinely pursued by both Bush and Trump...Bush more for national security reasons and Trump for both national security reasons and economic reasons. Trump also made good on his war position.

Biden essentially ran on a more "humanitarian" border system and then just spent 3.5 years helping transnational human trafficking cartels make money, helping their donors get cheap labor, and economically devastating cities like NYC and Chicago...amongst countless other communities....placing illegals and their needs above the poor of this nation.

Now...does the US Constitution guarantee the citizens a right to a speedy and fair trial? I'm fairly certain that's in there somewhere....but Obama argued "not if we suspect you're a danger to the US and abroad....then we can just execute you" (paraphrasing of course).

Thankfully, Trump got us out of that mess that benefitted no one but the war corporations that profited and bought up the Democratic Party....but that's largely because he used a significant amount of his own money to run his presidential campaign. That makes him less beholden to them than Obama was.

The fact that Obama and Biden are both war criminals isn't really disputable. If you want, I can cite the Constitution that gives US citizens a right to trial and presumption of innocence....or international law that makes the stockpiling and sales of cluster bombs a war crime.....

Or you can just admit this whole Amendment is another example of a bad idea from the left that they think should apply to their political enemies and not themselves. There's quite literally no president in my lifetime that I can think of who isn't at least a war criminal or guilty of other crimes....it's the very nature of the job. Typically a defendant would wait until sentencing to appeal (just to see if it's worth the additional cost and effort) but appeals can be made after a verdict is rendered tmk (it's a fair point if NY state law is different)....

Regardless....a defendant is guilty once the verdict is rendered guilty....not once his appeals are exhausted. That's why appeals have a potential to overturn a verdict or nullify a trial....one alters the verdict of a wrongly convicted defendant and the other either requires a new trial or the prosecution may decide to drop the case.
