I didn't lie, the north pole is a no fly zone.

What??

You'll have to tell that to Finnair, Japan Airlines, KLM, Asiana Airlines, SAS, Korean Air, Air India, Cathay Pacific and a couple other airlines that regularly operated trans-polar routes, and had to do a complete set of re-routes when Russia closed off its airspace in 2022.

Commerical airliners have been flying trans-polar routes for DECADES. Finnair has been flying them since 1983 (at least). Cathay Pacific literally has a flight that's called "Polar One" which has been going since the end of the 1990s.

I've flown on the Helsinki-Tokyo with Finnair directly over the North Pole twice. Once in the dark and once in full sunlight. They even hand out a little 'certificate' informing you that you'd flown over the pole. I've also flown a near pole route (Seoul-New York) with Korean Air with a full view of the coast and interior of the Artic ice sheet.

Yes planes fly by the north pole, in the first video , the route shown is clearly an arc that passes by the north pole,
technically passing over it, but they do not cross the north pole region, they arch by it.

And it seems that there are some restrictions, when it comes to being able to see everything about the journey.

Obviously you are unaware of how NASA simulated the 1/6 gravity (relative to Earth) of the moon to train astronauts in walking there.

And if NASA had been using such devices to fake film they would have made certain that they did not appear on the client list of this company.

They sell the images? So how did I get that image?
Google paid for rights to use them.
I went to google and just used the map tool, and it was not at full zoom.
Post the full zoom image.
How do they transmit a live feed of the "astronauts" from the space station?
If that is real it looks pretty high def to me.
The ISS is in constant data contact via radio links on every continent that relay back to the central command.
They can do all that, live, but yet not take a simple modern picture of the moon, similar to the satellite image I showed?
The satellite orbiting the moon is
  • Orders of magnitude further away which results in a far weaker signal which limits speed of transmission
  • Not in contact when it's orbit takes it around the far side of the moon, so it has to store the photos it is taking in its memory, which results in ...
  • Twice as much data to transmit when it is orbiting on the near side of the moon.
So there is already a much lower transmission speed to to the much greater distance involved and it is only able to transmit data over half its orbit resulting in twice the volume of data when it can transmit, thus limiting the maximum resolution of the photographs it is able to send.

This is just for the benefit of anyone else reading the thread, since you've made it clear you ignore any responses.

Our flat Earth friends will probably just say it's all CGI, but here's a nice SpaceX video of a vehicle descent that just came out.

I was really hoping they would at least nail the booster landing this time. Such a shame both the booster and starship were lost.

There is no direct flight route from Santiago Chile to Johannesburg South Africa, every route you find will have at least 1 stop,
most of the flights you find make no sense at all on the globe model, but on the flat model one can see why the routes are as such.
There are direct flights between Sydney and Santiago as well as between Sydney and Johannesburg. The travel times of those flights are impossible on your flat earth map.
This point strongly proves the flat earth model not the opposite.

Why do you say that?
That the horizon is always at eye level, is another solid proof of the flat earth.
If it was always at eye level, it would be proof of a flat earth. Since it isn't always t eye level, it proves the globe.
You have not proven that the earth is a globe at all.

The first two points given clearly demonstrate that the earth is flat.
Completely false.

If I can find photos and videos, then so can you. I'm not going to waste my time responding to every one of your petty demands.
No one responded to the satellite image I posted, going over how that we should be able to get similar images of the moons surface,
similar images showing the supposed flags on the moon, going way back to what I originally posted.
Sure I did, twice now.

While I agree with those points I think there are two more telling ones:
  1. The ISS is both very expensive and a great marketing opportunity for NASA. They want to enthrall and inspire viewers (read taxpayers) and what better than live vide of astronauts in space or a whole world passing beneath you. That makes the investment in time and money worth the effort.
  2. Lunar satellites are not there to attempt to address the delusions of FEs., or lunar landing deniers. They were put in those orbits for serious work. Hence no investment in time or money to take photographs that will be instantly branded as fakes.

On a flat earth map, London to Sao Paulo is much closer than Johannesburg to Sao Paulo. The flat earth map doesn't match reality. A globe does.

Long haul flights must be 1) physically possible, 2) eccomicly viable. There is much more demand between Europe and Asia / Americas / Africa / Asia than there is between South America and Africa.

Contratodo doesn't care about economics. He wants globe earthers to fund a flight around the earth via the poles along the prime meridian which would require aircraft carriers at multiple locations across the ocean to allow a small plane to refuel, because that is the only evidence he will accept. Thus he remains safe in the knowledge that no one will comply with his stupid requirements and can therefore claim globe earth is not proven.
It doesn't get much stupider.
