How does one distinguish between "fog of war propaganda" and the truth? As certainty is not possible, in law there are 2 levels of proof:

• Preponderance of evidence.
• Beyond a reasonable doubt.

It seems to me that until an accusation on either side is prosecuted fairly and an authority renders a verdict, all these reports of war crimes remain merely accusations. Further, as these accusations are of war crimes, the higher standard of beyond a reasonable doubt applies.

How does one distinguish between "fog of war propaganda" and the truth? As certainty is not possible, in law there are 2 levels of proof:

• Preponderance of evidence.

I never believed the 40 babies being beheaded garbage, that obvious propaganda was investigated early on by several independent media sources. Of course the mainstream media picked up the story as truth because it fits the narrative their handlers wanted. The military industrial complex own the mainstream media as does the pharmaceutical corporations.

Nobody can dispute the burned cars were a product of hellfire missiles. The kibbutz with homes reduced to rubble when Hamas had nothing but small arms and rpg's. Obviously these homes were hit by Israeli tank fire. The many Israeli soldiers and civilians burnt beyond recognition or blown to pieces were also a direct result of hellfire missiles or incendiary artillery or tank rounds fired by the Israeli forces.

We could be stupid enough to believe the wild propaganda being pushed by Israel or we can look at the verifiable evidence. Christian sources in Gaza even identify the fact that what is going on in Gaza is a genocide. That is an undisputed fact that we can physically see for ourselves.

I too have served in the military, and as a matter of fact, I'm still serving, currently with the Eisenhower strike group shooting down missiles and drones. I also know what tank shells and hellfire missiles can do, surprisingly most rounds carried by tanks do very little damage to structures. If the IDF was doing "genocide" then the death toll would be closer to one million by now. I don't mind people being a mouthpiece for Hamas, they need all the help they can get, my state is soon to be the next Palestinian Homeland (Michigan). That would of course depend on what kind of shells you are using in the Merkava Tanks. Israel needs military aid so employing propaganda is their tool to gain it. As far as the U.S., even our allies are hesitant to join in this campaign. Aircraft Carriers are dinosaurs much like Tanks in modern warfare. Just keep your head on a swivel.
