How does that action align with the definition of "insurrection" discussed by the Colorado Supreme Court? (as long as we're playing fast and loose with definitions)
Section 3 also says or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
Section 3 of the Civil War-era 14th Amendment says: “No person shall ... hold any office, civil or military, under the United States ... who, having previously taken an oath ... as an officer of the United States ... to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Even if Trump was a con man then...are not we all guilty of sins?
So, Cthulhu 2024? I mean, since we all sin, why vote for the lesser evil, if this is your standard?

The Democratic Party's agenda for both the primaries and the general election is to keep opponents to Joe Biden off the ballot.
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington cannot bring a case in a state as they have no standing to do so. The plaintiffs include 3 Republicans and 2 unaffiliated voters.

The plaintiffs in the Colorado case include Krista Kafer, a Republican activist and political commentator in Colorado; Norma Anderson, a Republican who was formerly the majority leader in the Colorado Senate; Michelle Priola, the wife of state Sen. Kevin Priola, who switched his party affiliation to Democratic from Republican in 2022; and Chris Castilian, former chief of staff for then-Gov. Bill Owens, a Republican.

Colorado Republicans didn't choose Trump in 2016, they chose Cruz.

That's asinine.
I agree. Dismissing a persons wrongdoings and moral failings by simply shrugging and going "well we all sin" is asinine.

A lot depends on what happens next year. A GOP victory doesn't mean thing will quickly change for the better, but a Biden victory means the following:

1. Kamala Harris becoming president in early 2025
2. Further deterioration in international relations. Deglobalism accelerates as more tariffs go into place, American imperialism ramps up, military spending continues to rise (guns and butter)
3. Trillions in new spending (if Dems take congress). US debt downgrades. Massive inflation, double-digit interest rates by 2030, and the threat of the US losing reserve-currency status. Basically a debt crisis with millions of job losses by 2030.
4. An attempt to implement racial taxation. Whites will pay an extra 10% of their income in taxes in the name of "equity". The issue will go to SCOTUS, but by that time the court will be packed
5. Open borders. 20 million new immigrants by 2030. Hospitals and schools overwhelmed. Refugee camps and tent cities across the country.
6. By 2030, effect one-party rule. In the remaining blue states, Republicans or third-parties won't even appear on the ballot. Write-ins will be prohibited. Democrats will cite "national security" as a pretense to keep other political parties off ballots.
7. Massive crime: cities like Chicago will see 8000 murders a year by 2030. Cashless bail and defunded police departments everywhere.
8. By 2030, Democrats will discuss nationalizing industries in order to distribute the profits and property in the name of "equity"
9. By 2030, Hate Speech laws will go into effect. The packed court will allow them. Anyone who criticizes Democratic politicians, the government, etc. will be subject to arrest

if all this sounds crazy, put a bookmark in the post and I will talk to you in a few years
Honestly, after everything that I have witnessed since 2020, I would not be shocked one bit. Yesterday's unthinkables have become a reality today and today's unthinkables will become a reality tomorrow.

Isn't it the goal of the World Economic Forum to have a great reset by 2030? I've been hearing about that ever since 2020.

We can emerge from this crisis a better world, if we act quickly and jointly, writes Klaus Schwab. The changes we have already seen in response to COVID-19 prove that a reset of our economic and social foundations is possible. This is our best chance to instigate stakeholder capitalism - and here's how it can be achieved.

"The COVID-19 crisis has shown us that our old systems are not fit any more for the 21st century," said World Economic Forum Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab. "In short, we need a great reset." This week's World Vs Virus is entirely devoted to the launch of the Great Reset - a project to bring the world's best minds together to seek a better, fairer, greener, healthier planet as we rebuild from the pandemic.

I'm convinced that COVID-19 was no accident! Mankind will NEVER solve all of the world's problems and usher in world peace, but Jesus Christ will when He returns. Praise God!

Mark Levin issues a warning regarding the 'police state' under the Biden administration on 'Life, Liberty & Levin.'

I guess everyone who didn't lead a violent attack on the US Capitol in an attempt to overthrow a legal election is eligible to cast stones then. Doesn't seem like that big of a disqualifier, really.

Meanwhile.....

In the 24 hours since the Colorado Supreme Court kicked former President Donald Trump off the state's Republican primary ballot, social media outlets have been flooded with threats against the justices who ruled in the case, according to a report obtained by NBC News.

Advance Democracy, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that conducts public interest research, identified "significant violent rhetoric" against the justices and Democrats, often in direct response to Trump's posts about the ruling on his platform Truth Social. They found that some social media users posted justices' email addresses, phone numbers and office building addresses.

Advance Democracy Inc. is NOT "non-partisan" lol

it is a far-left activist group with shadow financing, and started by a guy who worked for Dianne Feinstein. The organization works with three-letter agencies to root out critics of the government, conduct surveillance on citizens, spread disinformation (including the Russia-collusion narrative), etc.

maybe you should post things from more fair and objective groups like the Russian FSB or maybe official CCP press releases? At least in those case of those guys, we don't have liars on wikipedia saying they are "non-partisan"

Oh an it gets better: this Advance Democracy outfit, started by Daniel Jones:

Democracy Integrity Project

For more information, see Democracy Integrity Project (Nonprofit)

In 2017, Jones founded the Democracy Integrity Project as a 501(c)(4) advocacy group. 22 Funded by a range of left-wing donors, including liberal financier George Soros, the organization promotes left-wing narratives around foreign interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and other elections around the world. 23 A spokesperson for Soros confirmed to the Washington Post that the Democracy Integrity Project “used Fusion GPS as a contractor.” 24

In its 2018 tax filings, the Democracy Integrity Project reported paying more than $3.3 million to Fusion GPS’s parent company Bean LLC and more than $250,000 to a UK-based company at which Christopher Steele is a director for “research consulting.” 25 26 27 It also paid almost $150,000 to Istok Associates, a UK-based firm run by Neil Barnett, who claims that Russia interfered with the UK’s Brexit election. 2829

Advance Democracy

In January 2018, Jones also launched Advance Democracy, a 501(c)(3) charity. 30 This organization has not yet publicly filed any financial reports, but is also active in alleging continued Russian election interference: The New York Times reported that it had “flagged a number of suspicious websites and social media accounts” to authorities as promoting Russian interference in the 2019 European Parliament elections. 31

--

and when you go try and see the public filings and donor information for Advance Democracy, you get 404s, dead links, etc. When using the Internet archive to try and bring them up, you get this:
1703256735863.png

so "Advance Democracy" is literally a deep-state outfit, run by a guy who used to work on the intelligence committee.

gotta love when people say you are spreading conspiracy theories when invoking the name of Soros and the deep state, and then they literally link to articles and research funded by Soros and the deep state lol

Resorting to ad hominem attacks (attacking the messenger) is like signaling you know you've lost a debate. Respectfully, you should provide facts that are substantive to the issue.

I’ll take that in consideration the next time someone says “That’s from Fox News I don’t believe anything from Fox”

What does that mean? Are you jealous of Trump because he was successful?

Even if Trump was a con man then...are not we all guilty of sins? So what about Trumps past. Scripture says that the Lord puts kings and leaders into place, doesn't it? Just a thought...shouldn't we respect that in obedience to the Lord?
When people are showing how Trump is a liar and a thief and proving he is committing a crime, it is wrong to resort to a personal attack accusing them of being jealous of Trump's success.

Two thieves were crucified alongside the Christ. One said to Jesus, "If thou be Christ, save thyself and us". But the other thief rebuked him saying, "Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss".

Just because we're all sinners doesn't mean we should allow thieves to steal.

That's an unfair comparison. Fox news has been proven to knowingly lie. But intimating that someone spreads disinformation without giving proof amounts to slander.

the war is irrelevant?

OK, let's have courts in red states declare Biden an insurrectionist for failing to secure the border, and have him taken off the ballot

as I stated above, section 3 falls under congressional jurisdiction and may not even be self-executing (according to the Griffin case). Some Soros-funded judge can't simply declare a candidate an insurrectionist and have him taken off the ballot. That is an invitation to complete chaos.

SCOTUS will knock this ruling down
True. But these here are setting up preconceived (false and hypocritical) ideas for others to object to the decision of the supreme court. Rules for thee and not for me kind of stuff like they seem to be ever addicted to. The Colorado court was not unanimous, but wait and see if that standard is not absolutely required to tear down this court.
