He doesn't appear to be a satirist. His twitter feed is the usual conservative outrage bait, currently fixated on that boy who wore face paint during a chiefs game, and the shows he hosts on Fox News are billed as normal talk shows.

He seems oddly fixated on men not looking to feminine or homosexual while doing mundane activities. My guess would be that he's revealed to be MSM in the next six months (and I'm not talking about main stream media).

The laughter I'm hearing in the background indicates Watters was being humorous. So what's happening here is Kimmel is pretending that what's obviously pure satire, is supposed to be a serious news report.

Seems clear to me that Kimmel is the one grasping at straws, rather than the guy joking around. Which is really unusual considering that since Kimmel is a comedian he should be able to recognize and grasp satire.

Obviously there's some vital missing context. That's why I'd like to see the full original segment. Not just a tiny clip. But the full original segment.

Well Kimmel saying Fox news is "so desperate to smear Biden" it certainly seemed that he and others were taking it as a serious news report instead of obvious lampooning from a commentator. I found an extended clip where Watters goes on to condemn men eating soup and ice cream as well. And to answer your question I don't watch Fox news outside of the occasional clip that shows up here and elsewhere.
