I’d be interested to know how that would’ve worked, anyways. As a point of reference, Fox settled the Dominion suit for $787 million, and that was a result of several of their on-air personalities knowingly pushing lies repeatedly for months. And the suit took two years to resolve.

How does Leavitt secure an even larger (than the record-setting) award in a matter of a few months, as a relative nobody prior to 2024 and against a smaller alleged antagonist?
