Are you watching the whole world ? It is doomed. re Corrie Ten Boom in line with Scripture - "The world is under a death sentence".
Millions of babies are slaughtered every year.
Millions of Christians are slaughtered most decades, worldwide.
Voting has not accomplished any protection against sin in the usa,
and has legally protected evil corporations, toxic pollutants, and so on.
I'd be careful with the doom and gloom speak.

If the situation is as bad as this post suggests - dooming and glooming without any solution or hope - that won't help matters.
It does contribute to deterioration though.

Millions of babies are slaughtered every year.
I'd be careful of the rhetorical language too.
This hasn't and never will help the cause.
Ironically - it helps the pro abortion-camp. (apologies if the quote above isn't actually about abortion?)

To be fair, he was also involved in spreading a lot of it.
The evidence depends on the media you watch. My wife (Mexican) and I both watched his first speech on Fox then later I watched MSNBC all of a sudden he was a racist. My wife is a college grad and speaks English fluently and if she had taken his speech as racist she would have told me about it, for sure because she loves her people. I left the tribe about two years ago because I found both parties were running my country into the dirt. The video I posted the 5th Generation Warfare above talks about the use of technology for manipulation. If people can be manipulated by today's media and be divided wait till AI starts creating false speeches. After viewing the video I looked on the internet about AI and found an AI-generated picture of Obama and a real one and was shocked. Both sides use propaganda to manipulate our thinking. My poor kids :(

It could be a neccessary part of our spiritual growth?? To learn to ignore our animalistic impulses and strive for spiritual ideals instead??

For example - our animalistic side gets cheap thrills from controvercy, anger and outrage.

We have the chance to choose a higher path though.

Blathering about how terrible the world is.

Great. Shocker. But unrelated to my question

So I'm sure trumps divisive rhetoric must REALLY drive you up the wall.

Oh, I don't know, I don't live there.

From what I've seen recently (over the last 10 years) the Democratic Party have been supportive of Environmental protections, minimum wage, unions etc.

Whereas D Trump put as head of the EPA a guy that was an Oil lobbiest who just wanted to remove protection regulations.
Removed USA from the Paris agreement. It seems the Republican and Democrat parties are at opposite ends of this scale.
Trump is a political disrupter. He's not a Republican, which is why he had to pump the concept of RINO to paint a target on the traditional Republicans. Every branch of government has blocked Trump in the past, so his primary intent is to break each branch of government so that he, his family, and his cronies are at liberty to do what they want. Trump's intent is to break the American republic for his own benefit, which is why solid patriots like General Jim Mattis ultimately could not tolerate working with him when they saw what he was about.

Democrats tossed unions out of the tent long ago; they don't support unions at all because union members are Hillary Clinton's "deplorables." Unions are bad for identity politics, they're competitors to DEI.

The Democratic support for the environment is really just support for a different set of corporations that have no better environmental record than any others.

If the DNC were really supportive environmental protections, minimum wage, unions etc, Sanders would have been the 2016 candidate. Sanders was hard to manipulate, though, and wouldn't kowtow to identity politics.

Agreed! I took the higher path by leaving the tribe. But you have to listen to the candidates to vote unless you know them personally. I like a lot of what RFKjr is saying but the unknown is whether will he do what he says. Peace

AFL-CIO Votes to Endorse President Biden for Re-Election

When unions win, workers across the board win. That’s a fact. Families win, community wins, America wins. We grow. And despite this, workers have been getting cut out of the deal for too long a time.

Union leadership support for the Democratic Party is like black leadership support for the Democratic Party. It's the only card they have to play as long as the GOP is playing their Trump card.

More like the effects of American’s love affair with unfettered capitalism.

Bootstraps really only means ‘screw you, I got mine’.
Please read Republican political statements on US capitalism. We have lots and lots and lots of regulations and laws that restrict our companies.

Why are you sure at all of that ?
You are sorely missing the point here.
I haven't listened to any of Trumps speechs or statements at all this year so far.
So they don't affect me , let alone drive me up your invisible wall !
Just like pennyroyal did not affect me at all this year, as far as I know - I did not partake of any !
I'm not sure. I would have assumed that based on your previous post.

I shared an example of something Trump said and I asked your opinion on it.

This side-step does nothing to defend your comment.

Carry on.
The Democratic Party does nothing for unions, just as it does nothing for black people. We don't benefit from a Democratic-led government. We both just have more fear of what a Trump-led government will do to us. But given a more reasonable Republican candidate in the game, unions and blacks may decide to become wild cards if for no other reason than to get the attention of the DNC leadership.

What would work "for unions" look like as a govt party?

Most of which are the bare minimum to try and improve things. If some US companies had their way, they would be dumping toxic waste into our drinking water again and selling junk bonds.

Reducing support for companies that resist unionization for another.
This feels INCREDIBLY vague and nonspecific.

I was hoping you were going to provide some actionable and specific problems that Democrats could learn from. That also means, logically, that these would NOT be problems that Republicans have to deal with because we're talking.

I mean, I cannot imagine that if you think Dems don't do enough for unions, that you'd consider Republicans.....like....ever.

Yes, because the republicans do everything for unions and do everything for blacks. ^_^

When did you become the spokesperson for the black people?

I apparently pay more attention than you do. There is a great deal of discussion about how to make the Democratic Party stop taking our support for granted.
