It's what he does best: sow discord.Want people to yell at each other? Just mention Trump.
We’ve been fighting in this Nation since its founding…this is normal political back-and-forth…lately it’s been a bit more verbose, but all in all, not too too bad, actually.Want people to yell at each other? Just mention Trump.
Perhaps the decisions on the US Supreme Court would be a much brighter perspectiveWe’ve been fighting in this Nation since its founding…this is normal political back-and-forth…lately it’s been a bit more verbose, but all in all, not too too bad, actually.
I’m currently reading “Inventing a Nation” by Gore Vidal, and the in-fighting over who influenced whom and to what end (which ultimately killed Alexander Hamilton), should help us keep things in relative perspective.
So says the liberal MSM, nothing newWant people to yell at each other? Just mention Trump.

Thanks for the info, I'm voting for Trump 2024 Make America Great Again!I'm certainly no liberal. But I'm no Trump lover either.
I completely disagree with your assessment of our country, but why does it have to be Trump? Where is Republican support for a sane candidate to oppose Trump and his narcissistic, authoritarian, destructive designs for our country. He never made America great and we can’t give him another chance to finish dividing and destroying the US.For those who don't have blinders on, having Trump back would be such a welcome from the insanity of liberal policies, which have resulted in a wrecked economy; turned our big cities into uncontrollably violent zombie lands; and the entire country becoming the 'open border' cesspool for the world's poor, mentally ill and sick, and criminals who contributed nothing to the betterment of their own countries. There's more but if voters can't see what we've become then they're so duped by the deep state and liberal media that it would be a waste of time to list them. In fact, this is a waste of time because of so many who are in denial and will not let themselves see the obvious. The liberal media and Biden administration know all to well the old saying (paraphrased), "it's easier to fool the people than it is for them to be convinced that they've been fooled." It's evident in comments here with people still defending the madness, and our country with one foot on a banana peel.
Well said! For those who don't have blinders on, having Trump back would be such a welcome from the insanity of liberal policies, which have resulted in a wrecked economy; turned our big cities into uncontrollably violent zombie lands; and the entire country becoming the 'open border' cesspool for the world's poor, mentally ill and sick, and criminals who contributed nothing to the betterment of their own countries. As I said, there has been too much hatred for Trump instilled in a lot of people by the deep state and liberal media, to even have a discussion, rational or otherwise. Hatred for Trump flamed continually with liberal media and liberal government lawsuits, liberal denial of what is obvious (blinders on), and the liberal notion that Trump did the dividing... as I said, a waste of time to even discuss. I thought America was doing great during the Trump years until the Covid attack (if the truth was known possibly designed for that reason... he had everything else thrown at him including the kitchen sink). There's just no one else strong enough to put this dump burn out, right now anyway.I completely disagree with your assessment of our country, but why does it have to be Trump? And so, you have Biden. Do you see anything at all wrong with that line of reasoning?Liberal media input not needed. Trump’s own words and actions are why we don’t like him or want him back.

I figured as much. What about, then there is Kamala... never mind.
This is the base political dichotomy Democracy/Autocracy. When autocracy becomes a danger to a democracy, those who attempt to centralize power will eventually find themselves trying to convince the public into voting against their own best interests. It's easy enough to see that Trump is a demagogue. Trump's policies presented solutions for problems framed in hyperbole and cynicism, and the semantics of what constitutes good/bad for our country was almost always articulated from the pro-autocratic perspective. I can think of only one exception, some of his policies on justice reform seemed to me to be pro-democratic.You know, I partially agree with someone's theory in a different thread. I think the left figured out early on that they had 'no game' when it came to Trump's policies; his policies are definitely best for our nation (if you're in doubt, please take your blinders off and look around now since they have all been reversed). However, instead of planting someone, I think Trump was a gift to them because they were, to their credit, smart enough to recognize that he had the type personality they could vilify through 24/7 media and deep state attacks in such a way that a large percentage of gullible voters would hate him. Then, not only would they hate him, but they would hate what he stood for, which is actually the right things for our country, but of course not what they want. Bingo!
The complete list of Trump's accomplishments in the opinion, proves your claims falseHe never made America great and we can’t give him another chance to finish dividing and destroying the US.
Trump inherited a stable and growing economy that, as established, was already trending to do well before Trump took office. Because a sound economy is based on a stable configuration of supply/demand, whatever positive effect the Trump tax cuts would have when implemented in an already expanding economy, would eventually only serve to increase the budget deficit on the whole. So, the list of accomplishments doesn't actually prove anything. The complete list of Trump's accomplishments in the opinion, proves your claims false
You’re using a lot of dime words, but I hope you’re referring to the Biden Administration as the one being autocratic. Trump doesn’t try to convince the public to vote against their best interests. This is the base political dichotomy Democracy/Autocracy. Yes, Trump is quite the crowd-pleaser with his exaggeration and sarcasm, but it is coupled with excellent articulation. In short, he connects. I disagree that it is pro-autocratic in nature; I think it goes right to the heart of democratic ideals, and to what a lot of red-state Americans want our country to be.It's easy enough to see that Trump is a demagogue.
