But that's only if we take the claim that Adam and Eve were two literal people, which there is no evidence for. And no, Mitochondrial Eve and Y Chromosome Adam were not THE first people. They're just the earliest human beings we can trace human genetics back to.

Well God said Adam and Eve were actual people and we all descended from them. It is how we all received our sin nature, and that is the reason Jesus had to die for our redemption. So if they didn't exist, then God is a liar and our faith is worthless.

Except that God's own creation does not show any of that to be true at all. The word of infallible man working in the late Bronze age who only knew a fraction of a fraction about the world around them said it, not God.

God does not lie, but man does. So, if God creates the world, then He cannot lie through His creation.
