Long loose garment traditionally worn by Orthodox and Catholic religious (aka habit). The Capuchin style was coloured a light brown and is the source of the name Capuchin for a species of monkey and Capuchino for a type of milky brown coffee:

If we follow the Capuchin/Capuchino example of naming coffee (and monkeys) by denominational cassock colours we could name long black coffees "Orthodoxies" after you.
