Well, I didn't see him do one act of violence or vandalism. He even gave a prayer to the police and their protection. In one video he gave a speach to the crowd about being peaceful and respectful of the police.
You mean the 45 seconds of highly edited video that Tucker showed he wasn't being violent? Shocking!
I don't think anyone has claimed he was violent. He was an agitator, he ignored police requests for him to leave and he criminally obstructed an official proceeding however.
Ray Epps texted his nephew and said that he orchestrated the whole thing. The reason he went from being one of the top people of interest.. to of no interest... is because he was an FBI plant. An operative.. an paid instigator.

That is just embarrassing. As
@essentialsaltes showed, he was bragging to his nephew. Again, and I don't know why this is so hard for apologists to grasp, we have thousands of messages posted to social media showing red hats had plans to enter the Capitol. Four Oathkeepers have been convicted of seditious conspiracy.
Four members of the Oath Keepers were found guilty today by a jury in the District of Columbia of seditious conspiracy and other charges for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

The former leader of the Proud Boys pled guilty to seditious conspiracy.
A former leader of the Proud Boys pleaded guilty today to seditious conspiracy for his actions before and during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. His and others’ actions sought to stop the transfer of power by disrupting a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain...

1000+ people have been charged with various crimes relating to the events on January 6th
Not a single one of them has used "Ray Epps made me do it" as a defense.
There are recorded news casts where the claim was made that it was a "deadly" insurrection and that a police officer was killed with a fire extinguisher.....
The only person who died was a Trump supporter, unarmed, shot in the neck.. in cold blood...
Four people died during the insurrection. That's a deadly insurrection by anyone's definition. No one claimed that Officer Sicknick was murdered in the Capitol on January 6th however. That is Tucker's dishonest historical revisionism.
IMO... nothing he did merited 41 months in prison... He was made an example of because the fury of the left wanted him shot.
I posted this the other day. I really wish insurrectionist apologists would read it and take it to heart.
