I am unfamiliar with Dems calling for Antifa violence.

Not anymore.

Given that my dad fought in WWII against facism I'd say antifacism is often rather violent in nature.

I'm going to tell you a secret....the label on the can, has nothing to do with the contents.

Black Lives Matter? Don't actually care about black lives.

Antifa? Couldn't find any fascists....so attacked everyone on the right. Sometimes even on the center left.

Biden running on building bridges and crossing the political divide? Nope. He can't even remember his position on policy.

Kamala Harris? The endless praise and stunning bravery of her campaign? Turns out she's the Jared Kushner of the left....with a far smaller workload and no achievements to mention.

How about Anti-Racism? Does seem a lot like regular old fashioned racism.

Thank you cable news pundits who set the example, all talking at once and saying nothing has turned a nation mad.

I think the watershed moment was during the Bush years. Like homophobia before it...the slur Islamaphobe became mainstream on the left. The difference? It was about protecting a community committing violence. There was no rational reason why one could not question the tenets of Islam. After all.....we excoriated the Christians of our own nation.

Yet, the accusation of bigotry was used to avoid the discussion. Sam Harris was talking about Islam to Bill Maher...and you can literally see the progressive left reaction erupt from Ben Affleck. Watch the clip if you haven't seen it.

Ben clearly doesn't know what he's talking about....but is jumping at some undeserved sense of moral righteousness. Sam Harris is calm but confused. He knows he has done nothing wrong....he knows the facts. He tries, in vain, to assure Ben. He's the intellectual left.

Now the intellectual left is gone....it's all Ben Afflecks.

Zapata warned the board at a public meeting that the people showing up at county meetings “are not going to be peaceful much longer.”

From Modesto to Placerville, Sacramento to Oroville to Redding, the dangerous, conspiracy theory-driven spirit behind the deadly Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riots has spread across California as far-right extremists and anti-government activists mobilize to disrupt the work of local elected officials. Local government and school board meetings have turned into tedious and contentious slogs filled with hours of public comment as extremists shout and ramble on, spewing misinformation and sometimes threatening public officials.

In Rocklin, law enforcement now attends school board meetings, which have become increasingly contentious and riddled with misinformation and conspiracies. “You’re gonna need a lot more police than that,” Matthew Cropley, a parent, said at one of the meetings.

They said some vaguely intimidating things.

If you want to see people overstepping boundaries...how about the BLM protesters surrounding the DAs house chanting "burn it down"?

That was over a legal case. It involved justice itself. It was a direct attempt to intimidate.

These are some angry parents who don't want the political leftist ideology taught to their kids.

They have every right to express themselves and if you feel they go to far....blame the reaction to BLM violence.

If you reward violent activists....you get more violent activists.

Neither does the justice system -- a Charlottesville Jury tried, convicted and sentenced Jeffrey Winder for misdemeanor assault for punching Jason Kessler back in August of 2017...

I can appreciate when true justice is done... how about you?

And as a reward, was offered a congressional internship by four GOP Representatives... although it's safe to say that Madison Cawthorn's offer is no longer valid...

Again, what a difference a couple of years make.

The military is largely conservative. The law enforcement community, local, state, and federal....largely conservative. Nearly all the wingnut militia hoping that such a day will come....conservative.

And I remember an allegedly conservative politician who was convinced that all that conservative ideology would translate nicely into loyalty and devotion to himself. Boy, did he not know how to read a crowd...

But hey, at least the left infiltrated schools and social media....those ought to be useful institutions when the fight breaks out. I'm sure the body positive, gender confused, victimhood claiming left is ready for it.

They didn't so much "infiltrate" the schools as they took over after the right abandoned them... which happened, coincidentally, sometime after Brown v Board of Education was decided.

As for social media, the smart and savvy businesspeople who created those businesses and caused them to thrive happen to be on the left -- while the right wing who has tried to imitate them have met with repeated and hilarious failure... which again, I'm sure is a coincidence.

Tell you what...if it comes to the worst...I'll do whatever I can to see as many spared as possible.
