Had to leave work early to meet my parents at the ER. My dad might be having some kind of kidney issue. And the current quality of medical care you get is just not good at all. Very stressed. Prayers appreciated.

I think that feeling pretty or handsome is not just a physical thing. I think that it is a mental, emotional and spiritual thing, as well. I also think that it is hard these days to find someone that has a balance of confidence. So, find your balance and run with it because you only live once.

@Saucy inspired me in an unexpected way that I know he didn’t intend. He talks sometimes about how people on 600lb life use food as intimacy and I started thinking… that sounds nice in a way. Just like intimacy in excess is unhealthy I don’t think food in excess is healthy… but what if I put care and craftmenship into a small portion of delicious food that I could really savor? I think the idea of making my meals an intimate, indulgent experience instead of mindless or punishing sounds really appealing. I think I’m going to try that going forward…

Was this unhelpful? No, because as you see, it is a problem. To call the complaints "incorrect" is very condescending, unhelpful, and also incorrect.

Gentlemen, if you see an unfair moderation action (or an incorrect one), please do not talk about it on the open forum and instead file a Support Ticket against it. Talking about it on the open forum breaks another rule, the Disruptive Behavior rule, and will only heap further moderation actions upon you.

Filing a Support Ticket is a highly effective way to contest these sorts of misunderstandings, and usually will be decided in your favor.

Also, continuing to discuss this may get this thread closed, so I suggest we drop this subject and move on to talking about something else.

I'm trying to plan out if a bus route from my house to work is feasible. I'm in Orange County CA, where the buses have a terrible reputation for running late. fingers crossed. I have a car and all that but I loathe traffic and paying for so much gas and (future) wear-and-tear on my car.

Yeah, unlike on other forums, all moderation actions here can be appealed through Support. So if you get one you disagree with, appeal away.
