Also talking about those that are seeking to subvert the next elections, with voter suppression efforts and those that are still believing without evidence that 2020 was stolen and have now put themselves on election boards.

The Arizona Congress had a bill to cede the state’s Electoral College delegates to the will of that august body should it also determine if the electorate “voted wrong” and would allow them send the slate of delegates the legislature would pick. Stuff like that there.

If that were the case, then he should be having his FBI put together a case against such individuals, as opposed to going on live TV and making a hateful speech against them.

No, he should not interfere. He should be apprised as necessary, but not dictate who the DOJ goes after. Trump never understood that.

I didn't see the speech as hateful but more of a warning about some domestic terrorists, and even a warning about what some Republicans are doing to attack democracy, but I do agree that the speech seemed to be quite weird and lacking explicit context and I didn't quite understand what the purpose of the speech was.
Was the speech a mid term election Democratic campaign launch? Was it a national address as to an immediate domestic terrorist threat that was deemed highly probable or immanent?

I don't understand why the speech was made and what the public are supposed to do about it.

Just pointing out another highly unlikely thing that there is no evidence for that might happen in the next couple of months. It's in exactly the same category as this claim that Biden might cancel or delay the mid-terms.

Hateful rants usually aren't easy to understand. Calling Republicans domestic terrorists, or an immediate domestic terrorist threat just before an election is no way to unite a country.

In general a polemicist can only see two factions, there are no “subsets”. Us vs Them.

Neither Trump nor Graham will be indicted in Georgia before the election. The special grand jury has deferred the testimony of the current Georgia governor until after the election. (He is a candidate.) Even then the special GJ has to issue a report before a regular GJ can even consider filing charges.

We've entered the DOJ "quiet period" for investigations of criminal activity by politicians prior to the election and the DOJ interprets Trump as the leader of a party seeking office, so no federal indictment of Trump prior to November either. (I do expect the federal GJ to continue silently investigating things and would be surprised if a few Trump lawyers aren't subpoenaed soon, but that is only "noisy" if the Trump lawyers leak the info.)
