Modern day systemic racism, does it exist?

This seems to be yet another thread wherein a person insists there is no systemic racism and asks for definitions and/or examples only to summarily reject each definition and/or example provided and upon dismissing it repeating their rhetorical question about what is a definition or example of systemic racism, perpetuating the same cycle and pattern.

There is clearly a systemic reason why black families have a lower median income than white families. Now some may think it is something about the black people themselves, but indeed that's racist.

No the data shows that the median household income for black families is lower than for whites. That's an indicator of systemic issues. Possible (quite likely) racism since the primary explanatory variable is RACE.

Furthermore given that STATISTICALLY SPEAKING black defendants ceteris paribus end up with worse outcomes on average than white defendants is further indication of a systemic issue. Again, most likely racism given that the primary explanatory variable is race.

If it isn't RACISM, do you wish to tell us what it IS? (Go ahead, please say out loud what you are thinking about black people. Just say it. If it isn't racism...what is it?)
I'm as poor as any black american. Is that because of systemic racism? Maybe education plays a role? Maybe making bad choices too.

Nope. There is no evidence of systemic racism. Are there problems? Is there racism? Sure but its not systemic racism.

So...discrimination against Asian students in higher ed quotas is not systemic, or racism? I believe it is both. How is it not??

it is but its not the systemic racism i was referring to. Had i thought about it i would had mentioned it in the OP. I'm referring to systemic racism in the government. Not racism in democratic universities run by intolerant liberal democrats.

Logic and statistics are not your strong suit I take it.

YES there are poor white people and YES some poor white people have bad outcomes with regards to the justice system.

BUT STATISTICALLY IF YOU WERE BLACK YOU WOULD HAVE A HIGHER PROBABILITY OF A BAD OUTCOME IN THE SAME SITUATION.

But that is not a guarantee. It's like rolling dice. If you are playing with weighted dice to begin with you may wind up losing. But the dice are still weighted even if YOU lose.

You would be wrong. I've already alone posted plenty of data on the justice system (if you are not aware, the Justice system is part of our government).

Because they commit more crime. And have you ever been to the ghetto? Not a cop in sight until someone gets shot.
That's the kind of attitude that likely thinks that burglary is the biggest version of theft in the country
I live in the burbs and have never seen a cop on my street in 13 years.

Black americans disproportionately commit more crime. What impact does that have on their sentencing? Maybe they have a longer criminal record? Stats can be manipulated any way you want them. But are the stats representing all variables or is it just political propaganda?

What's racist is even first-time offenders have worse outcomes if you are black or Latino. One offender doesn't get more time because all black people get convicted of more crime per capita.

I'll await your dismissal
