I agree with you. But clearly a large portion of the US population needs convincing. Why would this be a bad idea for Biden to make an evidenced base case for the vaccine with experts (not Fauci) to get vaccinated?

You cannot create resources or force people to staff and/or be trained in the use of those resources.
Ok, Evidence does not need to be science based. It just needs to be good evidence not just stories.

Absolutely. This is why I am pro vaccine. Biden and the government have not done a good job in explaining that to people. They are too busy blaming the unvaccinated. What is the problem with Biden addressing the nation and explaining the good evidence?
People can read the data for themselves. If anything private citizens ( mainly doctors) would have a better shot at talking to people when that has not worked people can look at the data at that point they are just being stubborn.
I cannot answer that completely until I know what the evidence is. In general good evidence will directly link an event to a particular god. If you claim a miracle happened then good evidence will show that the miracle is a direct result of God intervening. Not just that you cannot think of any other reason that the miracle could have happened which is usually the case.
So why is Biden addressing the nation not a good idea? People are not being stubborn. They are unconvinced the benefits outweigh the risks.
At this point you are being stubborn. I will take "no answer" as the answer to my question. It is obvious people left on their own are remaining unconvinced. Leaders help people understand truths.
How do you propose doing that? In the mean time lets figure out how to care for everyone.
