What the FDA approves is the formulation and manufacture of the drug. This is approved for adults and the same drug is available under EUA for teenagers. Claiming that the label is significant in a legal sense will get you nowhere.

You realize 14k is nothing right? we are having upwards of 100k a day. The vast bulk are unvaccinated. Delta and a need for boosters is an issue, but the vaccine is till prevented a ton of deaths and hospitalizations.

Because in adults it is an approved drug and in teenagers the same drug is still dispensed under the EUA.
Approved and EUA are legally different, but the drug and the label on the vial is the same and as it says they are interchangeable for use.
