Holy...yes.
A day of worship.....that is not in the Scripture.
If you do not want to do anything on the Sabbath then dont do it.
If you believe that somehow, doing nothing on Saturday makes you holy, fine with me.
If you are a Jew and want to follow the law of the Sabbath, again...I do not care.
However.....doing or not doing those things has absolutly nothing to do with your fellowship with God. If it makes you feel better as a person...GREAT!

Just using the common sense our Savior gave us, which description fits better for a day of worship? A day God separated from the others, blessed, hallowed, sanctified, told us to remember and keep holy or a day God told us to do all our work and labor.
This is a question Jesus might ask you when He comes back because there is no scripture in the bible that has the first day as a holy day or a day of significance according to God, the Creator of all things. Revelations and the mark of the beast is about worship. You might want to pray and study this area a bit more.
