See, Paul is not going to preach the Cross to the born again, as you see him doing to unsaved Hebrews, in Chapter 10.
Try to figure that out....
Just go to Acts 28, the last 10 verses, and you'll see him doing it again, and then he tells these Christ Rejecting Hebrews.... that this is the last time they will be rejecting the Gospel, as he's taking it to the "gentiles".
And so, in comes the "Apostle to The Gentiles" and the Gospel of "Justification by faith, without works".

Paul is warning, admonishing, and teaching the Christians, in the Letter to the Hebrews, that they can absolutely lose their salvation if they continue living in sin.

Notice, Paul includes WE, which means the letter is for Christians.

Notice, that “The Lord will judge HIS people.” Showing that even Christians can fall from grace and be judged unworthy of salvation, and will suffer WORSE punishment then a heathen.

Yes WE’VE been over this dilemma for quite some time now. He doesn’t understand the definition of the words “we”, “us”, or “our” Like “if we deny Him, He will deny us” or “if we confess our sins He is faithful to forgive us”. Apparently none of those verses include the author even tho 2 Timothy was a personal letter from Paul to Timothy so the only people “we” could possibly be referring to is Paul and Timothy but nope he says this statement is not about Paul or Timothy it’s about someone else. I honestly think that Calvin’s doctrines has less holes in it and Calvin’s theology has more holes in it than Swiss cheese.

If a person is born again, then the "faith" issue, is resolved.
God has accepted their faith, or.. "faith is counted as Righteousness".

From there, Jesus takes their faith, as "Jesus, the author and finisher of our Faith". Hebrews 12:2
He does this by being in all the born again as their Salvation.

Meanwhile, God, completes the salvation of all the born again.

Philippians 1:6

Now notice... Jesus handles the faith, and God completes the Salvation, that was STARTED by God dying on the Cross, 2000 yrs ago.

See, when you go to the Cross, and you give God your faith, then He is faithful to complete your salvation that HE Provided as "the gift of Salvation".
And Christ in you, is the "finisher of your Faith".

This is "the gift of Salvation"

In Colossians 1:23 Paul says we must continue in the faith in order to stand before God holy and blameless.

“if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister.”

That faith is THE "renewed mind"........its not the first faith, that God accepted to save a person.

This verse is also connected to "dead faith" that James speaks about, which is a believer who is backslidden.

Paul teaches this term "castaway", and that is a Demas, who is born again, yet left discipleship behind because he wanted the world.

So now is the faith mentioned in Hebrews 6:1 the same faith that’s mentioned in Colossians 1:23? According to what you said here in the bold print these are two different types of faith. So who’s lying?
