I am not disagreeing with you on that (although it is said the fake protocols came from Russia). I am saying the Khazar hypothesis regarding the origin of the Ashkenazim has been proven wrong.
No Evidence from Genome-Wide Data of a Khazar Origin for the Ashkenazi Jews
I can accept there is no direct evidence but isn't that the same about most parts of the Bible? If it is a myth than I accept that it is conjecture on my part and therefore opinion, but according to it's critics it is a myth, i.e you cannot prove nor disprove it, I will refrain from vocalizing it however that is fine. The protocols like I said is eerily similar to a lot of the Jesuit literature and very similar yet to the Khazar correspondence, which essentially states "pretend to be Christian then infiltrate society". That is exactly how the Jesuits acted I believe even in the UK around WWII. All in all though, a quote from a famous Jesuit goes along the lines of "we enter as sheep and rule like wolves" and they have a strong connection to families such as the Rothschilds ect. That being said, there are many well meaning Jesuits who have brought a lot of beauty to the world. Also with Genome evidence, you are aware that the Khazars where a multicultural Civilization like the Egyptians, there is no Egyptian race, but a mixture of African, Persian, Indo European ect. The same with the Khazars, you would have to compare genomes to a whole manner of different bodies to get a accurate result, no single Khazar will be related to all the Khazars.
