I didn't have the best Christmas.. was in a angry headspace for most of it.. once in a while the manlet anger breaks through and it's hard to stop.. didn't plan for it to ruin my Christmas.. but it randomly popped up today.

I had a little frosé (frozen rosé sorbet) this evening. Just a few spoonfuls. I remember a time when I loved frozen treats. We devoured ice cream, gelato, and sorbet. I still enjoy them. But the Lord's influence is evident. He modified my diet and the desire disappeared.
