Skimming the main body and reading the conclusion I can’t see where Mr Biden Jr was convicted of wrong doing (and he didn’t even have presidential protection).

I can also not see how China has leverage over Mr Biden Jr. If I’ve missed it please point me to it.

Who said anything about the whole DoJ? Decisions are made at the top.

As for the senate, yes obviously the GOP senators are corrupt. They held an impeachment trial where they refused to hear witnesses, refused to admit evidence and where numerous GOP senators admitted he was guilty but voted to acquit anyway. If that had happened in any other country, you’d all be calling it a banana republic.
