You can use an Instant Pot. The lid locks and they're easier to use.

Somehow Bella, I missed this post, sorry. I actually have one of those, and have used it a couple times. The ones for canning are bigger? I don't know, I've just heard so many horror stories about using them. And let's face it, I've messed up much easier things, haha.
