What does the God of the creation think about homosexuality? He is very clear on identifying the act of homosexuality as a sin. If an individual sows iniquity, they will reap corruption. Those of us that believe and know the Truth are not careful to say…“There is a pestilence in the land because of ‘homosexual’ activity.”

Even though the masses may accept this, do we believe the Most High God is accepting this?

Absolutely not. The things taught in the New Testament apply to everyone who lives during the New Testament era. Therefore, the following still applies today:

Romans 1:24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Even though Paul was describing people who lived long ago and how God gave them over to their sinful desires, the principles he taught here apply for all-time. The things that were sins then are still sins now. There's no basis for thinking that would ever change.

So, homosexuality is still unnatural today just like it always has been and God sees it as "shameful".

As others have pointed out, all sexual sin is considered to be shameful to God, so this is not a case of trying to single out homosexuals as if their sin is worse than other's sins.

But, many people today, including people who call themselves Christians, want us to believe that God is somehow okay with homosexuality today even though He clearly was not okay with it in the past. Christians should not be willing to compromise the word of God like that. My view is to either accept all of it or none of it. Don't pick and choose the parts you like and ignore the rest.

This sin.. deals with man and woman. All one has to do is search His word on how GOD feels thinks about a man and woman. So to do something that tears that apart...The two become one. Something two of the same sex will can never have. Never create life from both. This is so much more then just love.. as to why its an abomination to God. The act of homosexuality is as much of a sin as is heterosexual fornication, inappropriate content watching, adultery or lust; all are sexual sins. If one is being pointed to then ALL should be pointed to. Too often homosexuality is pointed to while fornication or other sexual sins are overlooked. The truth is the majority of adults have committed some form of sexual sin that they need to repent of. There needs to be far less of "Thank God I don't do that" and far more of falling on our face before the Lord to repent of whatever sin we have committed. Instead of searching your brothers eye for his splinter we should check our own eye. I think people would rather vilify homosexuality because it makes them feel holy and justified instead of inspecting their own sexual sin.

Adultery is in the same sentence as homosexuality. As is theft and being greedy. Next time someone tries to cheat on their tax or keep change that isn't theirs they may want to remember that this is no different than homosexuality.

I’m not sure that the collection of same-sex marriage records bu the Census Bureau indicates an “acceptance of homosexuality” as was stated in the Op. Same-sex marriage is now legal on the US. The Census Bureau is simply doing its job by collection those records. We have know idea how many same-sex couples there were prior to this because records weren’t kept.

If you truly love the sinner, you won't be supportive of their sin, or their sinning, in any way. In truth you would be doing your utmost to discourage them from committing the sin.

If they wilfully and unrepentently continue to sin, it's probably better to distance yourself from them so that your own good ways don't become corrupted, but always be prepared to accept someone that has repented and been forgiven.

So Leviticus says "Thou shall not lay with Mankind as with Womankind; it is an abomination".

Now let's put on our thinking caps. How should a man lay with a woman? If your answer is after the Holy Sacrament of Marriage.. you might get points.

Did Jesus ever condemn anything other than Adultery?

So what is God condemning in Leviticus? Homosexuality?

No! God created Man and Woman. If it were ok to be Man and Man He would have stopped with Man! God is NOT ok with it and Jesus is not some peace loving hippie saying " Lay down with your brother". This is NOT ok, nor is it ok that they adopt The RAINBOW as their symbol when this is Gods promise to the earth!! Why was this allowed?
