I'm sure people simply referred to him as Sammy before, lol.

To be fair Sammy can be short for Samuel or Samantha. Although from a google search it can be a unisex name alone.

I believe that masculinity and femininity keeps things simple.

While Samantha sounds strange for a guy, if the culture drifted that way it would sound less weird and start to become normal.

Based on what you said about sperm and eggs homosexual reproduction is a self contradiction but someone said if gay people could have children would that make it okay because of the non biological aspects of two men or two women being in a romantic relationship.
