I know the feeling. I used to frequently raise issues at work, but I hardly bother anymore. It's so often just far easier to let it go. Except when your own health and well being is at stake, as it is now. I hope you manage to get it resolved.

Dilbert used to give me nightmares as a kid. Back in 1996 I had a very scary dream about him.

As promised, made my famous baked tacos last night for dinner.

I split my time during this shutdown between my place and my parent's place. When I'm at my parents, I make dinner for them. My Mom and I both eat very healthy, and so, I introduced her to these bad boys and one of my favorite meals.

Mom and Dad both raved about it all night

As promised, made my famous baked tacos last night for dinner.

I split my time during this shutdown between my place and my parent's place. When I'm at my parents, I make dinner for them. My Mom and I both eat very healthy, and so, I introduced her to these bad boys and one of my favorite meals.

Tacos remind me of my first proper trip across America - I mean, I head on down to Coney Island every year to meet a few pals for some mass hotdog consumption, but I never REALLY experienced America until I made it right across (I'm British.)

I ate some of the best food in my life in Dallas. The tacos were quite the revelation.

All of this talk about food and travel is making me HATE this lockdown even more. Anyone who knows me, knows that travelling is the air I breathe.

I'm also the biggest caffeine junkie in the world - a life without Rockstar and Monster is a bleak and very grey prospect.

Also on my mind, I want to work on being more open with people. I admire people who just say what they think or how they feel about someone, or things like that. Especially with guys, I'm terrible at talking to them, I over analyze everything I say, or I have anxiety if I give them the least compliment that it'll be taken the wrong way. lol I feel like that is something I need to work on.

I have a big personality, and confidence for me and like three other people, but only when it's things I know I'm good at, or that I've accomplished and it's worked out. But conversations, communication, nope. Not my forte.

I submitted preliminary storyboards this morning, and our PI wants to use them at an upcoming conference. They still need a little work, mostly to incorporate new features and feedback from teammates, but I'm happy with how they turned out.

And I used to drink Monster and Mountain Dew constantly (I've lost over 100 pounds by working out and eating right), and my stomach can no longer digest it. I hate it. Because once in a great while, I'd love to have a Mountain Dew or a Monster but it messes up my stomach for, a week straight.

When I did a cleanse the other day (I do a cleanse every Wednesday), you can only drink tea or black coffee unlimited. I almost passed out from shock.
