1 John 1:8
8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Then if you say Jesus has taken away all your sins and say that you still have sin you have deceived yourself and the truth is not in you.

So if Jesus takes away all your sins you still have sin?
Jesus covers up sin, like a garment, He is a substitute for us in punishment
Jesus forgives sin and God doesn't revisit it, He "forgets" about it, and doesn't hold it against you because you're covered by the righteousness of Christ.
The curse is over all of creation though (Genesis 3:17, "cursed is the ground for thy sake"), animals don't sin, they still die, stillbirth or miscarriage hasn't had opportunity to sin, they still die. The curse was not levied on an individual for their own sins, but rather on all of creation because of Adam's sin. Condemnation to hell on the other hand, is punishment for your own sins. Animals die because of the curse as a result of Adam's sin, Animals do not go to hell because they don't sin themselves.

Is it unjust for God to not reward you for what you deserve?

That's the trick to being sinless - a very small number of things that you consider sins. The set typically contains a lot of things toward which other people are tempted but which we are not, so we not only get the benefit of being sinless, but we also have the fun of looking down on those who are not as simon-pure as we are.
Yeah. So what happened to "Whatever is not of faith is sin"?

We sin. We ask for forgiveness. Jesus forgives.

Because we are weak and flesh, it is only a matter of time before we sin again! Even the tiniest thing can be considered a sin.

How do you know Jesus forgives you for your sin?
