Hi there,

So yes, this is just meant by way of filling in the gaps: Adam was not necessarily an adult, when God made him.

Which came first, Adam, the adult or Adam the child?

Intuitively, we assert the Child Adam came first, right? That way there is time for Creation to be experienced, before a little while down the track Eve is created.

This is not meant to confuse you, if you want to go back to believing God created Adam the Man, you can - it just won't be without that little nudging from the Holy Spirit, that maybe it (the Child Adam) was true?

If it is as you say, how old do you think he was? God expected Adam to follow his commands and take care of his garden. He had to be an adult to do those tasks. Why speculate on what the Scriptures do not describe? The whole point of Genesis 1-3 is that God's perfect creation is spoiled bigtime by Adam and Eve's rebellion and ours. But for his promise and fulfillment of Genesis 3:15, we would all be lost. John Calvin was right to advise us, "Go as far as the Bible goes and then stop."

Wow...I think he was the most foolish man until Judas.
That's sad, because the first reason the messianic prophecy was made was to save Adam.

He was created directly in the image of God. Sure we all have Inherited that image, but a broken version of it. Adam was the perfect image of God. And God walked in the Garden alongside him. Adam was in perfect communion with God and therefore given perfect Holy wisdom until his fall with Eve. Solomon was wise yes, considered to be the wisest man in the world by the accounts of that time. Wise in the occult and law as we know him now by his writings. But he also was a great sinner.

So what what kind of wisdom is there if the wisest men sin? Wisdom is directly paired with perception. One can perceive the situation around them -see their own sin perfectly, show others their sin perfectly, even know how they should escape that sin. They might have had direct spiritual experiences and therefore understand the other realm more than anyone else- but still not be able to overcome their own sin.

Adam was wise, Solomon was wise- both sinned. Out of the two though only Adam had the wisdom to name all creation, and also see and talk with God directly. It is something we cannot understand.

Christ went to sheol to retrieve Adam and Eve. The entire plan for Christ was given the moment Adam sinned. God loved him and was willing to restore him.

I believe gottservant is encouraging and lifting others of The body to study Torah..
Especially with every tool given both sons and daughters from youth to adulthood.

The only speculative spear I've seen is coming from your accusation against chavah and adamah.

And precisely what was Adams transgression?

And precisely what was Adams transgression?
Pride. Pride in that he could elevate himself with more knowledge. The same sin as Lucifer.

The serpent does love to play at being a man.
Yet the Eternal seal is always upon such a creature for being a beast of the field.
And the field of blood and dust is all it sees..

If I recall correctly.
Gottservant was asking about adam and youth.
The conversation is about just that.

Do you understand?

Wrong,
And only luciferians will mark you when you accept that Adam is the serpent.

Adam was able to name all the animals because he was in full communion with God and was created as the wisest man until Christ. The names that he gave each species which we do not even know, came directly from the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

I wonder how that Jesus grew in wisdom would factor into it as it relates to Adam:

Luke 2:52 Authorized (King James)
52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.

Sounds to me like growth in wisdom involved from the first promise of Life given adam is formed fully in faith when being born again.

Did Adam and Eve have sex before the fall?

It doesn't say they did until after the fall. They were pretty busy---they had a world to explore, a garden to tend, a God to get to know---Adam didn't even name her until after the fall. Cut them some slack, they had to get to know each other first!

Thoughts still astray ...
It's rare that children bless their mother and father.

What never happens is a blessing given by a serpent.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Nobody has said any serpent gave a blessing.

Adam and Eve were created in the same day, according to Genesis 1:26-31. This would indicate the events described in Genesis 2:15-25 occurred on the fifth day of creation. In the first four days there is no sun so we have reason to consider a "day" being something other than one rotation of the earth relevant to the sun (which is how we normally define a day), but that cannot be said of Day 6. Even an allegorical interpretation must reconcile this.

Yah, but they are surrounded by it on TV, music and peers---A + E didn't have that to feed those hormones! However, with the fall, they had to console each other and may have been the first time they started touching each other. hugging for comfort. It was the first time for anyone ---ever. They may have been just a little bit shy about all those strange feelings at first. You're thinking like a man---just get to the point---but Adam was possibly being a gentlemen and waiting for her, or he too was a little shy.
