Revelation 1:7
Behold! He is coming with the clouds, and shall-be-seeing/oyetai <3700> (5695) Him Every eye/ofqalmoV <3788> , even who any Him they pierce<1574>.
And shall be wailing/grieving<2875> over Him all the Tribes of the Land. Yea Amen.
[Jeremiah 4:13/Zechariah 12:10]

3700. optanomai , a (middle voice) prolonged form of the primary (middle voice) optomai op'-tom-ahee; which is used for it in certain tenses; and both as alternate of 3708
to gaze (i.e. with wide-open eyes, as at something remarkable; and thus differing from 991, which denotes simply voluntary observation; and from 1492, which expresses merely mechanical, passive or casual vision; while 2300, and still more emphatically its intensive 2334, signifies an earnest but more continued inspection; and 4648 a watching from a distance):--appear, look, see, shew self.
G3700 ὀπτάνομαι (optanomai) occurs 1 times in 1 verses

3788. ophthalmos from 3700;
the eye (literally or figuratively); by implication, vision; figuratively, envy (from the jealous side-glance):--eye, sight.
G3788 ὀφθαλμός (ophthalmos)
occurs 100 times in 85 verses

Some derivatives of 3700:

3701. optasia from a presumed derivative of 3700; visuality, i.e. (concretely) an apparition:--vision.
3708. horao properly, to stare at (compare 3700), i.e. (by implication) to discern clearly (physically or mentally); by extension, to attend to; by Hebraism, to experience; passively, to appear:--behold, perceive, see, take heed.

Pulpit Commentary
Verses 7, 8. - It is difficult to determine the exact connexion of these verses with one another, and with what precedes and follows. It seems best to make ver. 7 a kind of appendix to the salutation, and ver. 8 a kind of prelude to the whole book. They each give us one of the fundamental thoughts of the Apocalypse; ver. 7, Christ's certain return to judgment; ver. 8, his perfect Divinity. Verse 7. - He cometh. He who loveth us and cleansed us and made us to be a kingdom will assuredly come. While interpreting the verse of the second advent, we need not exclude the coming to "those who pierced him" in the destruction of Jerusalem, and to "the tribes of the earth" in the breakup of the Roman empire. With the clouds. This probably refers to Mark 14:62, "Ye shall see the Son of man ... coming with the clouds of heaven" (comp. Daniel 7:13, "Behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven"). Aquinas and other writers make the clouds symbolize the saints, "who rain by preaching, glisten by working miracles, are lifted up by refusing earthly things, fly by lofty contemplation." And they also; better, and all they who (οἵτινες) pierced him. This is strong evidence of common authorship between the Fourth Gospel and the Apocalypse.

(1) St. John alone mentions the piercing.

(2) Here and in John 19:37 the writer, in quoting Zechariah 12:10, deserts the LXX. and follows the Masoretic Hebrew text. The LXX. softens down "pierced" into "insulted" (κάτωρχήσατο), "piercing" appearing a violent expression to use respecting men's treatment of Jehovah.

(3) Here and in John 19:37 the writer, in translating from the Hebrew, uses the uncommon Greek word ἐκκεντᾷν. The reference here is to all those who "crucify the Son of God afresh," not merely to the Jews. In what follows the Revised Version is to be preferred: "and all the tribes of the earth shall mourn over him? The wording is similar to Matthew 24:30 and the LXX. of Zechariah 12:10. The mourning is that of beating the breast, not wailing, and it is "over him" (ἐπ᾿ αὐτόν). Even so, Amen. Ναί Αμήν, like "Abba, Father" (Mark 4:36; Romans 8:15; Galatians 4:6), combines a Hebrew word with its Greek equivalent (comp. 2 Corinthians 1:20).

Could be physical sight, also could be in vision (exact same vision occurring in each ones mind) that everyone experiences/sees.

Technology has made it so that every eye can indeed see him. He can come down in Israel but be seen in New York because of technology.

Not everyone has technology available to them ... yet anyways. Besides that ... I'm sure the Lord won't use our technology ... it is going to be unbelievably supernatural and noisy and happening in an instant.

1 Thessalonians 4:16

New International Version
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

1st Corinthians 15:52

New International Version
in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

Hos 9:7
The days of punishment have come; The days of recompense have come.
Israel knows! The prophet is a fool,
The spiritual man is insane, Because of the greatness of your iniquity and great enmity.

These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy[fn] Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

We will see the signs all over the world, but unless he takes an orbit, it will be on TV. Just like "the world" seeing the two witnesses stand after being dead 3 days. How will the world see it? Just asking. :)

Not sure why you think those verses reveal that technology will not be used. He uses it now.... we communicate, teach.... share the gospel, online. If God isn't using it through us... then we are doing it on our own, outside of His will and authority (His name) and if that's the case... we will hear, "depart from me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you." Why? Because if we are not operating "in his name" (authority, will) then we are on the outside looking in.

Don't make sense it would be on TV (not everyone has one, nor would everyone be watching) ... also too much on TV that people see and don't believe .... He's God ... spoke the universe into existence, He certainly don't need to use manmade technology for anything .... everyone will see Him ... how He does this who knows, but it will be a very very powerful/spectacular loud event ... supernatural/unexplainable, this is also the same time when the 1st resurrection happens.

The Return of the Son of Man

Matthew 24

26So if they tell you, ‘There He is in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here He is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. 27For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

Matthew 24

30At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31And He will send out His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather His elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

I don't agree with the theology about the two witnesses nor Him standing on Mount of olives (at that time) ... but that would be other topic(s), so I digress.

Guys... I SUGGESTED it could be televised. The bible says, "EVER EYE will see him." Again, unless he takes a lap or two around the earth before landing on the Mt. of Olives, if EVER EYE will see him, then there will probably be technology involved.

Back in 1969, with 3.6 billion people alive, over 600 million saw the moon landing on television. 1 out of 6 isn't "every eye" but metaphorically it is. Now, according to GSMA real-time intelligence data over 5.13 billion people have a mobile device which is well over 70% of the population. The ones that don't have a device, are generally and usually NEAR those who do. So technology is POSSIBLE.

Lastly... "every eye" might be "every eye in the region." You all might believe in a pretrib rapture, I don't... I think we will be here and at the end, messiah comes for his one unified unblemished bride that will be standing before him when he comes. So "every eye" is more likely to be a local event.

The greek (strongs) (used in that verse) is

pas: all, every
Original Word: πᾶς, πᾶσα, πᾶν
Part of Speech: Adjective
Transliteration: pas
Phonetic Spelling: (pas)
Definition: all, every
Usage: all, the whole, every kind of.

More detail available:

Strong's Greek: 3956. πᾶς (pas) -- all, every

I think everyone understands it's your opinion, others have different opinions, personally I just think your view of God and His unlimited/supernatural and powerful abilities is way way too small ...

All go through the great tribulation. No secret/special "rapture"

The 1st resurrection does occur when He returns ... His word is clear on that point. And the saved dead and saved living are changed and go to heaven with Him.

Will stop here and digress ... because the OP is:

Will every eye see Him? Yes they will ... all the saved will see Him.

Respectfully, I think that line of thinking is small as you have no idea what I believe about God. I take ONE verse, and come up with an explanation you don't agree with and immediately that also means my view of God is small? Thanks... appreciate that. :sigh:

Yeah ... I apologize I could have used better words for sure, sorry about that. Didn't mean to offend.

G3700 ὀπτάνομαι (optanomai) occurs 60 times in 57 verses

1st 2 verses G3700 used. [I am very partial to Luke with Revelation]

Zacharias, the father of John the Baptist, sees a vision of Gabriel while performing his priestly duties inside the Holy Place of the Sanctuary [the only place in the NT that actually shows a priest performing this service inside the Sanctuary.....awesome vision!

Luke 1:
11 Was yet seen<3700> to him a Messenger of LORD
having stood out of rights<1188> of the Altar of the Incense,
19 And the Messenger answering said to him, 'I am Gabriel, who have been standing near before God, and I was sent to speak unto thee, and to proclaim these good news to thee,

And in Luk 3 at John's baptism, confronting the corrupt murderous Judean Rulers with the warning of the 70ad wrath coming:

Luke 3:
2 Annas and Caiaphas being chief priests -- there came a word of God unto John the son of Zacharias, in the wilderness,

6 And shall-be-seeing<3700> All Flesh the Salvation of the GOD
7 Then said he to the multitudes coming forth to be baptised by him,
'Brood of vipers! who did prompt you to flee from the being about wrath?
==================
Used in 5 verses of Revelation [which I will be primarily be focusing on]

Revelation 1:7
Behold! He is coming with the clouds, and shall-be-seeing<3700> Him every eye<3788>, even who any Him they pierce<1574>.
And shall be wailing<2875> over Him all the Tribes of the land. Yea Amen. [Jeremiah 4:13/Zechariah 12:10]

Revelation 11:19
And was opened was the Sanctuary of the God in the heaven, and there was seen<3700> the Ark of His Covenant in His Sanctuary,
and became lightnings and voices/sounds<5456> and thunders and an earthquake and great hail.

Both the Woman and Dragon are seen in the "heaven"

Revelation 12:1
And a great Sign was seen<3700> in the heaven, a Woman arrayed<4016> with the sun, and the moon under Her feet,
and upon Her head a crown of twelve Stars,
Revelation 12:3
And was seen<3700> another sign in the heaven and behold! a great fiery-red<4450> Dragon,
having seven heads and ten horns and upon His head seven diadems<1238>,

The last verse used in the NT

Revelation 22:4
and they shall be seeing<3700> His face, and His name is upon their foreheads,

But because of the earth's rotation everyone will see Jesus, at both Him appearing in the third heaven in the sixth seal (the sign of the Son of Man in heaven), and again 45 days later as Jesus comes in the clouds of heaven to earth, with his saints.

The 45 day period accounts for the armies of the world gathering at Armageddon to prepare to make war on Jesus.

His return wont take days, it is called THE DAY.
Your modifying scripture to fit what people of the world believe is possible or not possible.
And everyone can see Him at the same time if the earth is flat.
They certainly believed that at the time this was written, and I still have no doubt that the earth is flat.

This is similar to the devil taking Christ up to a high mountain to show Him all the kingdoms of the earth, which if the earth was sphere, is impossible.
When He returns there is a 'sudden destruction' and the devil is destroyed at his appearing, not over a period of more than a month.

1 Thessalonians 5:2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.

2 Timothy 4:8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2 not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

5 Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.
