You do? Where? Have an example? You're actually wrong. You don't just "get something better somewhere else". There's nothing better. Unless I become a member of Congress and get government health insurance. But feel free to prove me wrong with an example....or you get something better somewhere else.
How? Medicare for all would cover everything with no deductibles. The hospitals and doctors wouldn't change, just the payer - the government would be the single payer. And as a single payer the government could negotiate far lower costs. And costs would further be lowered because the government wouldn't try to profit by denying claims blindly through death panels like the private companies have.Doing away with private insurance and adopting a government health system is essentially like everyone being forced to work for the same crappy company and actually "forced" to take the same crappy healthcare they offer you.
Do you even have private health insurance? Do you even know anything about Medicare?
